I've been having bad allergies, so I thought I might have a dirty furnace blowing dirty air. I had the Right Guys come out to take a look. Andrew was my technician and he took pictures and showed me that my furnace was just about spotless. He said that it would be a waste of money to clean it and he’d feel terrible charging me for a service that I didn't need. He didn't try to up sell me, convince me to do something that I didn't need to do, or find a random problem to fix to make money. I absolutely loved the transparency and honesty. I will definitely be calling them for any HVAC issues that I have in the future because I know that they'll only provide me with services that I actually need. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew, he was prompt, professional, efficient, and told me exactly what was happening with our very old AC unit. He had to go get the part that needed to be replaced, and when he at first thought that the store didn't have it, managed to find it somewhere else! Parts of the house were tolerable due to a mini-split and a window unit and I told him that it could wait but he persisted and came through with the part, fixed the unit, and checked that everything was working correctly and it was after 7:00 pm! He was kind and knowledgeable, and he should be commended for his excellent service. Thank you Andrew, we couldn't be more pleased!
