Lars Voedisch shared thisYour reputation now has two audiences. People. And machines. Buyers, journalists and stakeholders increasingly ask AI before they reach your website. Yet many brands still treat #AI discovery as just an #SEO problem. It isn’t. Reputation now needs three things working together: Earn authority. Build evidence. Test discovery. Because being trusted is not enough if you are never surfaced. And being surfaced without authority is not much better. I shared this perspective with Forbes Agency Council on how agencies are evolving with changing client needs: https://lnkd.in/gWkPRZV8 Does your reputation show up when someone asks AI about your category? #communications #reputation #AI #SXO Forbes Hannah K. Lars Voedisch reposted thisLars Voedisch reposted thisStartups must swap technical jargon for human-centric stories to increase sales velocity and growth. In today's "growth-with-efficiency" market, buyers and investors have zero patience for buzzwords. To scale across Southeast Asia's fragmented markets, you must translate complex technology into a simple, human-centric story that clearly solves a B2B problem. If your brand story is confusing, the market will simply ignore you. At PRecious Communications, we help high-growth regional startups strip away the noise, clarify their positioning, and build verified trust trails that help sales teams close deals. ▪️ Clarity Over Complexity: Move away from dry features. Lead with the commercial problem you solve and the tangible value you deliver. ▪️ Build Credibility Early: Ensure your early milestones are backed by credible, third-party validation that procurement heads can easily verify. Is your brand story clear and commercial, or is jargon blocking your pipeline? Stop letting technical complexity block your growth. Lars Voedisch reposted thisLars Voedisch reposted thisWhen 94% of B2B buyers evaluate enterprise solutions anonymously through AI, why do 69% still demand human sales validation before signing? In modern enterprise expansion, market leaders are crashing into The Validation Paradox, a friction point particularly acute in Japan’s risk-averse, consensus-driven buying ecosystem. In partnership with our Tokyo affiliate, TrainTracks Inc., PRecious Communications has mapped how global entrants must bridge this gap by pairing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) with Japan's traditional consensus mechanics: ▪️ The Dark Funnel Gateway: Up to 80% of the buying journey happens in private channels and AI answer engines before direct contact. Being recommended by LLMs opens the door, but it doesn't close the deal. ▪️ Arming the Tanto: Enterprise buying in Japan moves bottom-up through Ringi seido (稟議制度). Your internal champion (tanto) needs structured Japanese proposal templates, Yen cost models, and local ROI proof points to navigate internal review committees. ▪️ Digital Nemawashi (根回し): Informal, behind-the-scenes pre-alignment must now happen across Slack, Teams, and virtual pre-meetings to build cross-departmental consensus long before the formal ringisho circulates. ▪️ Compliance as Ammunition: Clearing security reviews requires equipping champions upfront with localized APPI, Global CBPR, and ISMAP compliance documentation. Winning in Japan requires a dual architecture: win the algorithm to get onto the shortlist, and master the consensus loop to close the deal. How is your organization supporting internal B2B champions when navigating complex, consensus-driven market entries? Let’s share notes below. #JapanBusiness #MarketEntry #SXO #GenerativeEngineOptimization #B2BMarketing #WeBePRecious #TrainTracksPR Lars Voedisch Chip Keng Ng Sunita Kanapathy Paolo Alba Sarah Cavanaugh Ridzki Noviansyah Thanh Hien Pham Busakorn Srisongkhroh

Lars Voedisch shared thisThe PR Soundtrack this week is Higher Love. Not because every project needs grandeur. Because the best teams quietly raise the standard of the work around them. Better judgment. Better chemistry. Better timing. Better taste about what to push and what to leave alone. In communications, quality often arrives that way. Not through noise, but through people who make everyone else's thinking sharper. Before choosing an entity, decide what the operating route must actually do: employ locally, contract, invoice, hold inventory, bring in specialists, or test demand without locking in a structure too early. Our new guide sets out the decision sequence, the evidence to collect and the questions that keep a market-entry plan reversible until the operating facts are clear. Lars Voedisch shared thisYour brand does not need a tone of voice first. It needs a soul. AI can make almost any brand sound polished - and generic. Before deciding how your brand speaks, decide: Believe: What do we stand for? Own: What do we want to be known for? Reject: What would we never say? Then stress-test those boundaries across your website, founder posts, sales decks, media messaging, and AI-generated content. Let's be real: if your team cannot agree on those three, a tone-of-voice guide will not save you. What I shared in Forbes: Consistency is not everyone using the same words - It is everyone sounding like they come from the same company. https://lnkd.in/gtFVZDvJ What gives your brand its soul? #communications #brandstrategy #AI PRecious Communications Forbes Agency Council Sunita Kanapathy Zaki Arzmi John Paulo Caparros

Lars Voedisch reposted thisLars Voedisch reposted thisIf your leaders rely on stiff, over-sanitized corporate scripts, they risk freeze-ups or slip-ups under pressure. In the age of live-streaming and citizen journalism, there is no such thing as "off the record." We prepare leaders for high-pressure scenarios through live-fire media simulations. For example, after an intensive workshop with PRecious Communications, a Lazada executive faced an unscripted doorstop media ambush during a live press conference. Because we had drilled for that exact scenario, they handled it calmly and turned a potential risk into a platform for leadership. ▪️ Ditch the Jargon: Translate complex business models into clear, human stories that build credibility during interviews. ▪️ Live-Fire Drills: Prepare spokespeople for unscripted questions, video formats, and sudden doorstop encounters. Is your executive team genuinely prepared to handle a high-pressure interview without a script today? Equip your leaders with the tools to own their story under pressure. Lars Voedisch reposted thisLars Voedisch reposted this"Stop decorating facts. Start interrogating them." In a recent Forbes feature, our Founder and Group CEO, Lars Voedisch, breaks down a truth every storyteller needs to hear: the best story is rarely in the first brief. When we sit too far away from the actual business problem, we end up writing polished, uncompelling corporate noise. Real storytelling happens when you dig beneath the surface and interrogate the tension. Read the full Forbes feature on early-career storytelling lessons from agency leaders: https://lnkd.in/eHcWcSRT To move past superficial marketing fluff and uncover stories that truly resonate, agency teams must challenge initial briefs with three relentless questions: ▪️ Why Now?: What macroeconomic, cultural, or industry shift makes this narrative critical at this exact moment? ▪️ Why Should Anyone Care?: What is the underlying tension, human stake, or business risk if this issue goes unaddressed? ▪️ What Changes?: What tangible outcome or behavioral shift occurs if this story lands successfully? When you focus on the human consequences instead of decorating dry facts, your narrative moves from being ignored to being remembered. Great storytelling doesn't rely on clever adjectives or corporate jargon. It relies on finding the genuine tension, stakes, and human consequences behind the facts. #WeBePRecious #Storytelling #PRLife #AgencyLife #WorkCulture #CorporateCommunications #Leadership #StrategicPR Forbes Agency Council Chip Keng Ng Sunita Kanapathy Paolo Alba Sarah Cavanaugh Ridzki Noviansyah Thanh Hien Pham Busakorn Srisongkhroh

Lars Voedisch shared thisThe PR Soundtrack this week is Eye in the Sky. One of the less visible parts of communications is noticing the pattern before everyone else starts calling it a problem. The small shift in tone. The repeated question. The comment that keeps coming back in slightly different language. By the time an issue is obvious, it is usually late. The useful work often starts earlier, when someone in the room is paying attention closely enough to connect the dots without overreacting. The PR Soundtrack playlist is here too: https://lnkd.in/gSkGzhvZ What signal do you trust most when something is starting to move underneath the surface? #PRSoundtrack #Reputation #StrategicComms #Monitoring

Lars Voedisch liked thisLars Voedisch liked thisHere's a number I think will show up creator marketing pitch decks this fall: 56% of people who shop with AI say they prefer recommendations that pull from creator or influencer reviews. I dove into a new report from IAB this week to look at creators' impact on AI visibility, and was SHOCKED that 72% of survey participants said they use general-purpose AI assistants for shopping decisions, and 8 in 10 say they're comfortable relying on AI to recommend products. On the surface, this looks like a clean win for anyone building a creator AEO program...but I read the full report, and the more interesting story is in the details 😱How Creators Are Showing Up in AI Answers (+ Why It Matters)How Creators Are Showing Up in AI Answers (+ Why It Matters)

That work matters, but it assumes the underlying content is still true. It often isn't, Torossian notes.

Lars Voedisch liked thisLars Voedisch liked thisPR is having a serious glow-up. The tools we use to do the job need one too. When I was first demoed Drumbeat almost a year ago, my reaction was basically: “Oh yeah, that makes total sense.” I’ve spent time on both sides of the media exchange, first as a journalist and now in communications, and it’s pretty wild how manual so much of the work still is. The desk research. Finding the right journalist. Copying and pasting the same pitch into 45 emails. Tracking coverage. We’ve been using the platform at Ideally for around six months now, and it’s become part of how we run our comms engine. Over that time, we’ve increased PR coverage by 880% and lifted our visibility in AI answers by more than 500%. Those results come from a much bigger strategy, but better tools have made it easier for a stretched team to move quickly, find the right opportunities and get more from every story. AI has also made earned media cool again because of the impact it can have on GEO. As PR becomes more important to how brands are discovered and understood, the tools behind it need to catch up too. So it’s no surprise Drumbeat recently raised a $2 million seed round. As Barney Chunn puts it: “Our mission is for every company to use the power of its own story to drive genuine connection with its audience, and real growth as a result.” Excited to be joining Drumbeat as an advisor and working with a great team in Barney Chunn Fallon Savery Simon Pound & the rest of the team.

What struck me most was not the technology we've built, but the trust we've been privileged to earn. Since 1975, Accenture has partnered with Singapore through generations of transformation. From systems that support retirement planning and tax administration to healthcare and public services, our work has touched the lives of millions of Singaporeans. But behind every platform, every innovation and every transformation are people, our clients, our partners and generations of Accenture colleagues who dedicated themselves to helping Singapore move forward. There is something deeply Singaporean about the idea of continually reinventing yourself before circumstances force you to. It's a mindset that has shaped this nation's success, and one that continues to inspire us as we help clients navigate the next wave of change driven by AI and reinvention. I'm proud of what Accenture has contributed over the past 50 years. Even more so, I'm grateful to be part of Singapore's next chapter. I also have to say I am exceptionally proud of my friend Mark Tham and his amazing team of leaders that power our business here in Singapore. He also celebrates many milestones during this year and I am honoured to have the opportunity to work with him. Thank you also to the many, many exceptional colleagues in our business here in Singapore. Congratulations to the Business Times team on 50 remarkable years of informing, connecting and shaping Singapore's business community. Here's to the next 50 years of building, reinventing and growing together. #BT50 #AccentureSingapore #Singapore #Reinvention #EnterpriseAI #ProudToBeAccenture #BuildingSingaporeTogether
