My name and surname in ETA (e-visa) to India does not match passport due to human error. And I only realised it when the check in staff at the airport informed me.

What can I do to fly in the next flight with a valid visa to India?

To clarify, were you denied boarding due to the error? Then you need to contact Indian authorities and get it fixed, or apply for a new visa with correct details. Commented Oct 4 at 22:16

who made the "human error"? did you type the name wrong into the e-visa form or did someone in the Indian visa processing office issue a visa for a name that didn't match what was on the form? Commented Oct 5 at 0:59

If you made the error, then re-apply. If the visa processing office made the error, contact them to get it corrected (or re-apply, which will likely be quicker).
