I will land at Paris CDG from a Schengen flight, and will have 4h connection time for my TGV train from the airport station.

Are there any lounges, to which access can be purchased (I have no lounge pass nor credit card) and are available to Schengen arriving passengers in the airport?

  • What do you need from the lounge? Just a warm place to sit comfortably for a few hours? The Sheraton Hotel which sits on top of the TGV train station probably has a bar/lounge you could use. It will probably cost you a few overpriced drinks. Not too many details on the web. Otherwise you can take the CDGVAL 2 stops to the "Roissypôle" area where there are more hotels with bars/lounges which are advertised a bit more prominently (and probably cheaper). • @jcaron Yeah, and ideally a bite to eat though that's not priority (I will land at 9am, and my train is at 12:3) Commented Oct 29 at 21:53

Looked on the airport website and there are no lounges available for arriving passengers.

There used to be a Air France arrivals lounge at Terminal 2C but that has closed with COVID (Photos of the old lounge). It is also mentioned online that a Qatar Airways lounge used to allow arriving passengers, but that lounge appears to be closed as well.

Have you checked whether the train company has a lounge in the station? Sometimes they do. Commented Oct 23 at 20:00

@Willeke Those are only accessible with the upper tier of loyalty or a extremely expensive Business Première train ticket. Commented Oct 23 at 21:01
