This is a great knife, especially for the price. I was looking for weight and sharpness, and so many of those knives were over $100.

SHARP and solid. The grip is just right. I wanted a knife to slice through that tough sourdough crusts, and this works. I bought the 10" on recommendation for versitality. I'm happy with the size. I also bought a knife cover separately to keep the blade sharp and hands safe!
