    I really like the look, feel, and sharpness of these knives. And the set included all the knives I need at a good price. I did add an additional 6" Chefs Knife because the 8" knife was to unweildely for me, but I'm keeping the larger knife around in case I need it. I would recommend this set to anyone.

My old Henckel knives dulled quickly and they made store spots on my fingers when I had big chopping jobs to do.     I have never had a high quality set if knives before. I have not wanted to pay the high price after using a set my brother bought and paid hundreds for. The knives were never extremely sharp and don't seem to hold an edge well. I came across these and decided to give them a shot, the price was good.
    I can not be happier with these knives, they were extremely sharp when I bought them and have remained sharp. I have to warn anybody who is over and using them to be carefully, just a slight touch if the blade will cut you. If you want a sharp and nice knife to use these are a great buy.

    Great knife set - just used it to carve a turkey & a beef roast; and prep several side dish items for our extended family Thanksgiving gathering - never in 40+ years of Thanksgivings was carving so easy.

    Suggestion to Cutluxe - the knife block looks great but needs several extra knife slots. I prefer to use separate knives for prep of different foods, so I bought extra utility, boning and paring knives. Too bad there are no slots in the holder for them even though there's plenty space for these slots in the block itself, particularly for smaller knives. Seems like Cutluxe is missing a great opportunity to expand its sales since it offers many different specialty knives beyond the eight included with the block. I would even purchase a duplicate empty holder separately, but it's not offered by Amazon.

    These are solid, hefty, sharp knives for general kitchen use but they absolutely need to be cleaned and dried immediately after use. I made the mistake of allowing mine to air dry, and the stains on the blades are noticeable and apparently irreversable.

    These knives are great.
    I had a set of hinkles With a forged blade They cut the same and the blade retention is identical. I like a cutlock's knives because they're weighted in the handle. And they're actually bat once I would highly recommend them. Especially for the price.

    Li uso per lavoro e non ho mai trovato coltelli più affilati, esteticamente belli e di ottima fattura.
    Coltelli ad alto contenuto di carbonio costituiti per non rompersi mai.
    Il filo si mantiene per lunghi periodi anche senza affilarlo.
    Il ceppo è comodossi e creato alla perfezione.
    Consiglio di non metterli in lavastoviglie per evitare che il filo si posso rovinare. La solita cosa vale anche per il lavaggio manuale con le classiche spugne giallo-verdi. Consiglio spassionato, usare lato giallo della suddetta spugna.
