Batman’s Exploding Batarang, ripped straight from the comics. YouTuber @CrashMakerspace’s latest comic-inspired invention brought Batman’s batarang to life. Using a Formlabs Form 4 3D Printer with Clear V5 and Tough 1500 Resins, he was able to design and fabricate custom casings for the batarang's internal mechanisms.

All printed 1m flying wing, now in SLS made with the Fuse X1. I also got to put in a few aerodynamic improvements that make it more stable (wing twist, reflex airfoil). Flight footage coming soon!

This is a great design concept for a 1m wingspan flying wing RC airplane that prints in a single Form 4L build in just a few parts. It features print-in-place, flexural control surfaces for improved aerodynamics and reduced assembly. Designed by Maxim Lobovsky, Co-Founder and CEO of Formlabs.

Lab owners: throughput is no longer the bottleneck in aligner production. Cost per part is. More Aligners. Better Margins. Our optimized ecosystem for high-volume labs and aligner manufacturers is built to scale: → 20+ models per print. Sub 20 minute prints: massive throughput on reliable hardware → High yield, optimized workflow from print to thermoforming-ready model → Spin clean. No solvent. Reclaim resin. → Up to 50% lower cost per part Watch the full workflow in 36 seconds: print, spin, cure, thermoform. Full breakdown in comments 👇 #DigitalDentistry #ClearAligners #DentalLab #Orthodontics #DentalManufacturing

A while ago, I designed a 1 m wingspan flying wing RC airplane that prints in just a few parts in a single Form 4L build. It features print-in-place flexure control surfaces for improved aerodynamics and reduced assembly.
