On August 31, goop kitchen will open its doors to our first flagship, dine-in restaurant in Del Mar, California. Transitioning goop kitchen from a delivery-first brand into a physical space meant considering every detail of how the brand should look, feel, and function. Gwyneth Paltrow and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture worked closely on each tiny decision—from the veined marble and walnut millwork to the lighting, upholstery, and flow of the space. The result is a restaurant that feels distinctly us: thoughtful, warm, and designed around how we want our guests to feel.
