AI won't create fewer developers, but more. Every programming language is just an abstraction of machine code. Assembly abstracted machine code. C abstracted assembly. Python abstracted C. AI is the next abstraction layer. It makes development accessible to everyone. Time won't be spent hand-writing code. It will be spent on what to build, how to architect it, and working with AI to make it happen. The developer pool expands, not shrinks.

Please hire more interns. Every year ours build an intro website. This year they made custom 3D characters with questionable dancing skills, a photo dump, and a full pixel game where you explore the office and complete quests. Go meet them: https://lnkd.in/gQQKy_Ks

Does anyone actually still do competitive programming? The best developers today orchestrate AI agents. They don't have to write algorithms from scratch in 45 minutes. AI can beat every coder on LeetCode anyway. It's wild how fast that stopped mattering. Understanding how code works is still important, but writing it from scratch is not.

This isn't just a job posting — it's a movement. The future belongs to thinkers who write, not writers who think. Are you ready to craft words that actually mean something? Drop your Substack below. 🚀
In a world where anyone can generate 1,000 words in 10 seconds — the ability to craft words that actually mean something is not just a skill. It's a superpower. Let me be satisfyingly clear. We're not looking for writers. We're looking for thinkers who write. Here's the truth most people won't tell you: Content is abundant. Taste is scarce. We need someone who understands AI, lives in tech, and has a point of view that can't be replicated by a model. Part-time. Flexible. Remote. No resume. No cover letter. No "passion for synergy." Just drop your Substack, blog, or wherever you write. That's it. That's the application. Because the best writers don't need to explain why they're good — their work does it for them. And yes — this post was intentionally written like AI. If that bothered you, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Interesting pattern: people use AI to work all day, then get mad when companies use AI to interview them. Why? Because most AI interviews suck. They're robotic, follow checklists, don't adapt. Feel like talking to a form, not an interview. Just tried Chakra from HackerRank. It's different. Actually adapts, probes when you're vague, lets you use a whiteboard. Worth trying if you're curious what good AI interviewing looks like 🔥: https://lnkd.in/g3huSj6f #AI #HackerRank
