Ten years ago, our Sandisk #Malaysia site opened with a simple yet visionary concept: build something world-class and future-ready, powered by highly skilled and committed team members, and give it the space to grow and succeed. And succeed it did, beyond all expectations. Today, our Malaysia site stands as one of the most successful and well-run in our industry. It operates as a vertically integrated, lights-out manufacturing facility and is proudly recognized by the World Economic Forum as Malaysia’s first Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Lighthouse and Asia’s first Sustainability Lighthouse. But this level of success isn’t defined by machines or technology alone; it’s defined by our people and the culture we’ve built. A culture based on innovation, collaboration, winning, agility, and openness. These aren’t just words; they’re the foundation of everything we’ve achieved together. As we celebrate this 10-year anniversary, we’re also looking ahead. The next decade will demand new skills, new ideas, and even stronger teamwork.
