Anthony Volpe shared thisThink that a Customer Data Platform (CDP) is only for big companies? Think again. Ever tried spearfishing in an ocean of data? With a CDP, precision is the key to charting a successful journey --- even as a startup. Here's why: 1. Precision: A Customer Data Platform (CDP) enables you to pinpoint your target audience. With a CDP, you're not casting a wide net hoping to catch the right fish, you're spearfishing. 2. Retargeting: Ever wondered how the big players always seem to pop up at just the right time? That's the magic of retargeting through a CDP. It's like having a friendly reminder for your potential customers, gently nudging them back towards your product or service. 3. Communication: A CDP allows you to speak the language of your customers. Their preferences, their behavior, their needs - all lay bare for you to connect with them on a deeper level. 4. Growth: Data is the fuel that propels startups into big businesses. A CDP is your gas station, offering you the opportunity to fill up on valuable insights that can drive your startup's growth trajectory. The sea of data is vast and can be intimidating, but a CDP is your lifeline, your compass, and your map. As daunting as it may seem, remember this: even the biggest corporations started as startups, navigating the same sea. Your startup's journey is yours to chart. Let a CDP be your guide. Agree? Disagree? Please share your thoughts below! #brand #startups #marketing #startupceo #fractionalcmo #cdp

Anthony Volpe shared thisAre you at a startup --- perhaps even a startup CEO --- and think that brand value is an afterthought? Big mistake. Why? In the race to customer acquisition, the essence of brand building often takes a back seat. It's a dangerous path. Picture this - you've invested countless hours and a hefty amount of your budget into acquiring new customers. But what about your brand? That intangible asset that encapsulates your identity and promise to your customers? Here’s the secret - brand building and customer acquisition are two sides of the same coin. Ignoring one could mean toppling the other. A strong brand is your startup's voice in the crowded market. It's your beacon, attracting your ideal customers, setting you apart from the competition. It's not just about the logo or tagline. It's about creating a memorable experience, a relationship, a feeling. It's about telling your story and establishing trust. Underestimating the power of brand building is akin to building a house without a foundation. It may stand for a while, but it won't weather the storm. So, let's shift gears. Let's give brand building its rightful place next to customer acquisition. Let's weave it into the very fabric of our startups. Remember, people buy from brands they trust. Build your brand, build trust, and watch as customer acquisition follows suit. Agree? Disagree? Please share your thoughts in the comments. 🙏👍 #brand #startups #marketing #startupceo #fractionalcmo

Anthony Volpe shared thisI'm very proud to be a part of team at what is now known as Mode Mobile, and to have witnessed such a momentous day in our company's journey to become the world's best earnings and savings platform. Much gratitude and thanks to the founders, Dan Novaes and Kiran Panesar, for their #vision and #leadership in making our company what it is today, and what it continues every day to develop into. It figuratively"takes a village," and literally took most of the people at our company, to pull off a #rebranding project like this that took many months to plan and deliver, So instead of listing that many people here (and inevitably accidentally missing someone who deserves kudos), I'd just like to thank #team Mode Mobile.Anthony Volpe shared thisWe have #Rebranded Current Mobile is now Mode Mobile On 2/2/22, we aligned the name of our company, and those of our brands, behind our core belief, namely, that every human on the planet deserves an equal opportunity to become financially self-sustaining. Thus, we develop earn-as-you-go software and devices which enable supplemental income, democratize access to capital, and increase the realization of financial potential for budget-conscious, financially-challenged, and underserved people globally. Consumers can accomplish this by using our reward-based super app, Mode Earn App, where they earn money from doing daily habits, or by using the only smartphone that literally pays you to use it, Mode Earn Phone. The word “Mode" represents the 16 modes by which people can get paid to help reach their financial potential – Surf, Music, News, Charge, Locked, Task, Fitness, Crypto, Share, Cash, Data, Finance, Save, Weather, Watch, and Game.

Anthony Volpe liked thisAnthony Volpe liked thisIf a meeting has no purpose, give the time back. Most executives still don't think to do that... And it's costing them hours of time every week. Personally, waffle is the bane of my existence. If you don't know why you're in a meeting, you shouldn't be there at all. And turning up unprepared is just disrespectful to everyone in the room. You're not just wasting your own time; you're burning everyone else's. And time is the one thing none of us gets back. If you want to reclaim those lost hours and build trust… Here are the only 6 meetings worth keeping in your diary 👇 📱 Daily — Communication Windows ↳ Fix two windows where your team knows you'll respond. ↳ Outside of those, you're unreachable. 🚶 Weekly — Walking 1:1s ↳ Do it as a walk with a fixed endpoint to avoid waffle. ↳ Give back their time if there's nothing to cover. 👥 Bi-weekly — Team Check-In ↳ It's 30 minutes. Come prepared or don't come. ↳ Go through it fast, skip what's running fine, and flag what isn't. 📊 Monthly — Performance Review ↳ Lead with data and be transparent. There shouldn't be any surprises. ↳ Send a written summary after with what was covered and next steps. 🎯 Quarterly — Strategic Planning ↳ Choose three priorities and assign one owner each. ↳ Take your own notes and send a follow-up after. 🏛️ As Needed — Board Update ↳ A board meeting is war games. We're talking budget and political alliances. ↳ Sit in for six months before you're at the table to get the lay of the land. Most importantly (and you'll hear me say this a lot)... Every single one of these should end with a clear decision. If nothing was decided, it was just a chat that did nothing for the business. — If you want to know exactly what you bring to every meeting, start here 👇 I've put together a free five-question exercise that pulls your superpower out of the last four roles you've held. Anthony Volpe liked thisAnthony Volpe liked thisEveryone wants to build AI agents. Almost nobody designs the system first. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 → aiforleaders.com ______ Here’s the build order that matters: A lot of teams start with a prompt. Then they pick ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another model. Then they bolt on tools and call it an agent. That works for demos. It breaks when real users, messy data, approvals, and edge cases show up. 1️⃣ Define the job Question: ↳ What exact task should this agent own every week? ↳ What decision should stay with a human? Do this: → Write the use case in one sentence with a clear success metric. → Add constraints like budget, data access, approval rules, and failure limits. 2️⃣ Design the brain The system prompt is the operating manual. Include: ↳ Goals, rules, guardrails, refusal rules, and escalation steps. → Test it with missing context, bad data, and unclear user instructions. 3️⃣ Pick the model Start with the job, then choose the model. Use: ↳ GPT-5.5 for broad execution, Claude for long docs, Gemini for Google Workspace context. → Track cost per completed task, response time, and error rate after review. 4️⃣ Add tools Agents become useful when they can act. Use: ↳ APIs, SQL databases, vector databases, MCP servers, files, and custom functions. → Add approval rules before the agent sends emails, changes records, or spends money. 5️⃣ Give it memory Without memory, every task starts cold. Include: ↳ Conversation history, user preferences, company documents, past outputs, and action logs. → Separate long-term knowledge from temporary task context before production use. 6️⃣ Orchestrate the workflow This is where the agent becomes a system. Build: ↳ Triggers, routing, retries, message queues, error handling, and human approval points. → Use n8n, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom workflows for multi-step tasks. 7️⃣ Build the interface The interface should match the job. Best for: ↳ Slack bot for team workflows, web app for repeatable tools, API endpoint for product features. → If users cannot access it inside their normal workflow, adoption dies quickly. 8️⃣ Test and improve Evals are where reliability comes from. Track: ↳ Task completion rate, latency, cost per run, tool failure rate, and human correction rate. → Review failed runs weekly and update prompts, tools, permissions, or workflow steps. The model is only one layer. A real agent needs a job, tools, memory, workflow, interface, and tests. Start with the system. Which layer would you build first?

Anthony Volpe liked thisAnthony Volpe liked this20 AI roles are booming. Most people can't name five. The job market is splitting right now. On one side: People who understand what AI actually needs to run at scale. On the other: People still listing tech-savvy as a core skill. The difference between those two groups is already measured in six figures. And it's going to get wider. The window to get on the right side of this is still open. But not indefinitely. When we built Mindstream, I got a front-row seat to how fast this was moving. The people who moved fastest weren't always the most technically polished. They were the ones who understood what the new landscape actually required. That mattered more than a strong portfolio in the old stack. Most people are still targeting the same five job titles they always have. AI Engineer. Data Scientist. Product Manager. Those roles are real. But the market has quietly built 15 more around them. Roles that barely existed two years ago and are already paying $250K-plus. Here's what the infographic breaks down: → AI Agent Architect: $250K–$300K base. Job postings jumped 985% between 2023 and 2024. → Chief AI Officer: 1 in 4 companies now has one. Total comp exceeds $600K at top firms. → LLM Fine-Tuning Specialist: 25–40% above the $160K US median. Still one of the most underfilled niches globally. → AI Safety Researcher: 45% compensation increase since 2023. Fastest-growing pay category across all of AI engineering. → AI Research Scientist: $300K to $2M total comp at top labs, including equity. → MLOps Engineer: Operationalizing AI is now as critical as building it. $140K to $200K at mid-to-senior level. → AI Governance Specialist: One of the fastest-emerging enterprise roles as global regulation tightens. The point isn't to chase every title on this list. It's to understand that the map has fundamentally changed. If you're still orienting your career around the AI landscape of two years ago, You're navigating with an old map. The people building leverage know which skills sit at the intersection of high demand and genuine scarcity. That's not about job-hopping. That's about paying attention to where the market is actually moving. I've seen the conversations around AI hiring shift completely in the last 18 months. This is where the real opportunity is. Right now. Not in two years. Learn AI for free: https://lnkd.in/euYZeAdb If this kind of breakdown is useful, I share more every week. Know someone mapping out their next career move? Anthony Volpe liked thisAnthony Volpe liked thisMost AI conversations sound like this: "We need an AI solution." "What kind?" "The good kind." That is not a strategy. That is how you waste money on the wrong tools. Your body has different parts for different jobs. Your brain thinks. Your hands act. Your nervous system connects everything. AI works the same way. LLM = The Brain ↳ Pure intelligence, no access to your world ↳ Thinks about problems but cannot solve them ↳ Like having a brilliant advisor locked in a room RAG = The Brain + A Library ↳ Smart thinking plus access to your company knowledge ↳ Answers questions using your actual data ↳ Like that advisor finally getting your files AI Agents = The Brain + Hands ↳ Intelligence that can actually do things ↳ Plans work, uses tools, completes tasks ↳ Like moving from advice to execution MCP = The Nervous System ↳ The connective tissue between AI and everything else ↳ Universal language for tools to talk to each other ↳ Like having a working body instead of disconnected parts Here is why this matters: Most companies buy AI like they are building a body with only brains. Smart, but useless. The real question is not "Should we use AI?" It is "Which parts of the AI body do we actually need?" Customer service? You need RAG. Workflow automation? You need Agents. Enterprise transformation? You need MCP. Understanding this changes how you buy, build, and scale. Because the companies winning with AI are not the ones with the most models. They are the ones who know which part of the body they are trying to build. And they start with the hands. Not just more brains. Anthony Volpe reacted on thisAnthony Volpe reacted on thisDo OKRs really work? Some people say no. Let me tell you why they’re wrong… OKRs are used by a ton of large organizations, Including Google, Intel, LinkedIn, and plenty of others. And when they’re done well, the pattern is consistent. Teams move faster. Alignment improves. Execution gets sharper. Strategy changes don’t cause chaos. So then why is there backlash? Well, most organizations aren’t actually doing OKRs. They’re relabeling existing habits and calling them OKRs. Same meetings. Same metrics. Same ownership gaps. Just new terminology. That’s the gap this graphic highlights. On one side... You have what high-performing companies build: • Clear strategy instead of “everything matters” • Leading indicators instead of vanity metrics • Real ownership instead of zombie OKRs • Learning cadence instead of status reporting On the other side? Shortcuts. And shortcuts are exactly why OKRs get (wrongly) labeled as bureaucratic or useless. Here’s the distinction leaders need to understand: OKRs are not a goal-setting exercise. They’re a strategy execution system. When you skip the underlying layers, OKRs feel heavy and performative. But when you build those layers deliberately, OKRs become a force multiplier. That’s why 2 companies can use the same framework and get completely different results. OKRs don’t fail. Partial implementations do. So I’ll leave you with this: When someone says “OKRs don’t work,” Which layer is actually missing?

Anthony Volpe liked thisAnthony Volpe liked thisSuccessful one-person businesses will be more possible than ever in 2026. These 6 simple steps will get you there: If you're feeling stuck, want real financial security, or simply want more time to focus on what matters... A one-person business is the answer. It is the key to financial and time freedom. But you have to be willing to put in the work. These 6 steps are your roadmap: 1️⃣ Start with leverage and a rising tide First, come up with an actually good idea. Ask yourself the questions laid out in the sheet below. Plus how you can use AI to your advantage here... ↓ 2️⃣ Build for AI search and human trust at the same time In 2026, discovery happens in two places: AI answers and human feeds. You need both. What this actually means: - Your website becomes a source machine AI can understand and cite - Your personal brand becomes the trust layer machines reference - Your content answers customer questions clearly 3️⃣ Create one high-margin product that rides the trend Now anchor your product to the rising tide you identified. The strongest one-person models in 2026: - Cohorts or memberships - Newsletters with paid tiers - Digital products - Software or tools - Templates or frameworks Check out the sheet for guidance on how to pressure test demand before you build... ↓ 4️⃣ Build your marketing funnel (not just content) Forget complex funnels. In 2026, it's three stages: Awareness: Make the right people aware you exist Consideration: Help people decide if you're right for them Conversion: Turn trust into revenue 5️⃣ Use AI to buy back time Use it to: ✅ Draft, edit, and repurpose content ✅ Answer repeated customer questions ✅ Analyse what's working and what isn't ✅ Support onboarding, delivery, and support Don't use it to: ❌ Replace judgement ❌ Hide weak thinking ❌ Scale something that hasn't been proven 6️⃣ Optimise based on your goals The goal of a one-person business in 2026 isn't "more". It's to live a simpler, more fulfilling life. That means: - Fewer products - Fewer platforms - Clear metrics that make sense - Systems that compound quietly - A business that works without constant urgency I've built multiple 8-figure businesses by following these exact principles. And now I teach others the playbook to do the same. If you're serious about building leverage in 2026, You need to be visible where your customers are searching. That's why we built Searchable. Manual processes are the silent killer of agency growth..... Most agencies don't realize how many leads they lose. Because their response time is too slow. That’s where AI automation changes everything. Here’s what happens in most agencies. A potential client reaches out via social media comment section. Sometimes through a website form. Sometimes through a quick Dm asking about your services. But the team is busy: • working on projects for clients • jumping between meetings • replying to emails • managing internal tasks The message sits in the inbox. 10 minutes. 30 minutes. Sometimes hours. By the time someone responds… The prospect has already contacted another agency. This is exactly where AI automation creates an advantage. Instead of relying on manual follow-ups, AI can automatically: • respond to new leads instantly • qualify prospects with smart questions • book discovery calls on your calendar • update your CRM with lead details • follow up with leads who didn’t reply • send onboarding forms to new clients The result? More conversations. More booked calls. More signed clients. Here’s the shift many agencies are starting to realize. The agencies that grow fastest aren’t just good at marketing. They’re good at building systems. And AI gives you systems that work 24/7. If you run an agency and want to see how AI can automate your lead process… Comment “AI” or book an Automation Assessment at evodiallc.com #AI #AIAutomation #AgencyGrowth #BusinessAutomation #FutureOfWork #ConsultingBusiness #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #Innovation #Technology #DigitalTransformation #AIAutomation #Automation #MachineLearning #FutureOfWork #TechTrends #BusinessAutomation #BusinessSystems #BusinessEfficiency #ProcessAutomation #WorkflowAutomation #AgencyGrowth #ConsultingBusiness #DigitalAgency #Entrepreneurship #StartupGrowth

Marketing in 2026 will not be about being seen. It will be about being called. In this article, ListeningMind CEO Seyong Park outlines 7 structural shifts shaping marketing in 2026, including: -Why prompts matter more than keywords -How GEO reframes SEO as credibility engineering -Why marketers must move from execution to orchestration -Why “authenticity” now means verifiable consistency -The core question for the next year isn’t "How do we get more traffic? It's 'is our brand safe for AI to recommend'?" AI is now entering the decision layer of search. People still ask questions, but AI increasingly interprets context, evaluates options, and narrows the choice before a click ever happens. This changes everything: Visibility is no longer enough SEO alone cannot guarantee discovery Brand authority becomes a risk calculation, not a popularity contest Read more (link in comments)

ABM in 2026 isn’t about targeting more accounts. It’s about a better strategy for segmentation + intent > faster activation. A New ABM Playbook is live on Substack: ✅ segmentation structure ✅ waterfall hierarchy (stop segment overlap) ✅ hybrid targeting ✅ personalization framework ✅ high-intent activation Link in comments. #ABM

The marketing industry has a credentials problem. Agencies optimize for: → Follower counts → Award wins → Case study graphics → Thought leadership posts → Blue checkmarks While clients optimize for: → Revenue → ROAS → Cash flow → Profit margins → Actual business outcomes These are not the same thing. Yet most agencies are incentivized to build impressive profiles, not profitable campaigns. Why? Because credentials attract new clients better than quiet revenue generation. An agency with 50K followers and a wall of awards looks more credible than an agency with 2K followers and clients hitting 4x ROAS. Even though one makes you money and one just looks good. The result? Clients pay premium prices for agencies with impressive credentials. Then wonder why their revenue stays flat. At Prism3, we made a choice: **We don't collect badges. We run campaigns that generate revenue.** No 50K followers. No award wall. No "thought leadership" LinkedIn posts about marketing trends. Just: **STRATEGIZE** → Audit for profit potential, not portfolio potential **SIGNAL** → Test what converts, not what impresses other marketers **SCALE** → Track revenue, not engagement rate **SUSTAIN** → Optimize for ROAS, not social proof Our credentials: 3.2x average ROAS. That's it. We're not trying to impress other agencies. We're trying to make clients money. The uncomfortable truth most won't say: → Follower count is a vanity metric → Awards are given by people who don't see your P&L → Credentials look good on profiles, not bank statements → Most "marketing experts" are better at marketing themselves than their clients Results pay bills. Credentials don't. If your agency spends more time building their brand than your revenue, you're funding the wrong thing. Comment "REVENUE" if you've been burned by agencies with impressive profiles and zero business impact. No pitch. Just reality. #Prism3 #PerformanceMarketing #Revenue #ROAS #MarketingStrategy #BusinessGrowth #B2BMarketing #DigitalMarketing #MarketingLeadership #ResultsMatter #StatusQuo #ProfitFirst #Accountability

Lead Marketing Strategies

Many SEO checklists fail for a simple reason: they focus on tasks, not outcomes. A page can be optimized on paper and still do little for leads, visibility, or trust if it is not aligned with search intent and business goals. This overview of an SEO checklist for 2026 makes an important point for marketing teams: rankings are no longer won by cosmetic updates alone. Google continues to evaluate whether a page is genuinely useful, clearly structured, and credible enough to deserve attention. That means the checklist has to move beyond title tags and keywords. The strongest approach starts with intent. Before updating a page, ask what the searcher is actually trying to do. Are they researching a problem, comparing providers, or ready to request a quote? That answer should shape the page copy, the offer, and the internal links around it. When content is built around intent, it is far more likely to support both traffic and conversions. The article also reinforces a point many businesses still overlook: topical authority matters. One isolated page on a subject usually is not enough anymore. Search engines look for connected coverage that shows depth across related topics. For example, a service business should not rely on a single SEO page. It needs supporting content that covers technical SEO, on-page optimization, local search, and content strategy in a way that all reinforces the same theme. Site structure is another area where many checklists fall short. If important pages are buried too deep, or if internal linking is weak, even solid content can underperform. Crawlability and indexability are not technical details to save for later. They are part of whether search engines can actually find, understand, and rank your content. The guide also highlights mobile-first indexing and Core Web Vitals, which remain essential in 2026. If a site is slow, unstable, or difficult to use on mobile, that can undermine performance even when the content itself is strong. Technical SEO, in that sense, is not separate from user experience. It is part of it. For teams reviewing their own roadmap, the practical takeaway is clear: an effective SEO checklist should connect strategy, content, technical health, and page experience. That combination is what helps search visibility translate into real business results. Worth reviewing if SEO is on your 2026 planning list, especially for businesses trying to turn organic traffic into qualified leads rather than just higher impressions. #SEO #DigitalMarketing #ContentStrategy #TechnicalSEO #SearchMarketing #LocalSEO #MarketingStrategy #WebsiteOptimization #OrganicSearch #LeadGeneration https://lnkd.in/gARF7e73

Every scalable lead-gen system is built on the A.C.N. C — Conversion What happens after the click: - Landing page architecture - Offer clarity - Form optimization - Social proof - Benchmarks: - Landing page conversion: 10–20% - Form abandonment: <30% - Mobile load speed: <2.5s N — Nurture Where most businesses fail. This includes: - WhatsApp automation - SMS drips - Email sequences - Retargeting ads - Call follow-ups Nurtured leads convert 3–7x more than cold leads. Lead-gen isn’t one campaign. Most SEO agencies don’t have a results problem. They have a visibility problem. Strong client outcomes sit across Google Search Console properties, monthly reports and old dashboards — and never become something the sales team can actually share. A useful case study starts with three questions: Which result is genuinely strong? What period makes the comparison fair? Which metrics can be shown with confidence? Casient helps agencies answer those questions from their Search Console data — then turn the result into a case study ready to review, edit and share. https://www.casient.io #SEO #SEOAgency #GoogleSearchConsole
