I just attended an illuminating session hosted by the #centerforcoachinginorganizations where #kristipiehl gave us way more than a primer on how we can become #digitalleaders. Manage our message and our story otherwise it will be managed for us. This may seem obvious to you but you might find it revealing to ask whatever AI agent you use to tell you what they know about you, but don't stop there...ask friends to do the same. As a global leadership coach #masteringexecutivetransitions, I want to ensure my presence extends to my internet presence. So when I did the exercise, fortunately, I found nothing surprising or inaccurate, but I will take the next step to see if colleagues' search about me does turn up this type of information. It's empowering to follow this counsel. I hope you find the same!
