Role Lead a large-scale infrastructure separation, modernization, and IT operations transformation for a leading client. Own delivery across multiple workstreams and serve as the key bridge between the client, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party providers. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end MSP transition, infrastructure separation, and stabilization. * Manage Cloud, Network, Security, Infrastructure, and End-User workstreams. * Own delivery plans, governance, risks, dependencies, escalations, and executive reporting. * Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution. * Drive operational readiness, documentation, transition, and continuous improvement. Key Qualifications * 12+ years in IT delivery, infrastructure, or IT operations. * Proven experience leading infrastructure transformation / MSP transition programs. * Strong understanding of Azure/Cloud, Network, AD, Security, and IT Operations. * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in regulated environments; insurance is a plus. * Strong ownership, execution focus, and ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment. Gopal Reddy Bora liked thisGopal Reddy Bora liked thisWith median nuclear verdicts against corporate defendants climbing past $50 million and auto and trucking now driving a third of total litigation spend, managing litigated claims reactively is no longer sustainable. A critical reality in the data: nearly 9 in 10 non-workers'-comp litigated claims settle, while only a fraction ever reach a verdict. Avoiding trial isn't the primary challenge: settlement quality and early risk intervention are the real levers that protect loss ratios. In my latest article, published on Insurance Thought Leadership, I explore how carriers can move from reactive defense to proactive litigation containment using a three-layer operating framework. Analytics and AI applied at first notice of loss score litigation propensity early, match panel counsel based on proven performance rather than tenure, and evaluate the settle-now-versus-litigate economics of a case before it hardens into a dispute. Platform-embedded workflow puts that intelligence to work continuously: a dynamic litigation risk score inside the claims platform triggers escalation, automates counsel assignment, and keeps reserves aligned as a file moves through each stage. And advisory and governance close the loop, with venue heat maps, structured panel redesign, and escalation protocols agreed to before risk profiles shift rather than after. When these layers work together, litigation stops being a cost absorbed after the fact and becomes a severity lever that's actively managed from FNOL forward. https://lnkd.in/giBdqmnS
