What most C-suite executives navigating AI lack isn’t information. It’s a trusted room where they can speak honestly and learn from peers and experts who have been in the same arena. We are living through the most consequential technological shift of our lifetime. Most executives are navigating it alone. I didn’t build what I’m about to share from theory. Over the past several months I had one-on-one conversations with more than 50 CEOs and C-suite executives about AI strategy. What I heard was consistent: a palpable mix of excitement, fear, and uncertainty. Pressure from boards to “just do something.” Worry about falling behind. And a striking absence of trusted peers to think it through with honesty. Some of the biggest questions on their minds: - How to reimagine jobs and organizational models in the AI era? - How to establish the right guardrails for agentic AI without killing momentum? - How do we deliver real value creation while protecting - or reinventing - our competitive moat? These aren't questions with single right answers. They're questions that get sharper, and safer to act on, when you pressure-test them with peers who have real skin in the game I set out to create that room. Introducing the Executive AI Roundtable. A curated, invitation-only peer forum for C-suite leaders navigating AI strategy. Small cohorts. Chatham House Rules. No pitches, no selling - just candid peer intelligence from executives who are deploying AI inside their organizations. In May we ran four pilot sessions with 40 founding members - Zoom cohorts with CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, CMOs and other C-suite leaders, plus an in-person dinner in Palo Alto. The candor, the use cases, the peer pressure-testing of real decisions, embodied what the format was designed to produce. The value runs in both directions. Some members arrive with hard questions. Others arrive with hard-won answers. The room is designed for both. Participants left with clearer heads about decisions they had been wrestling with alone. A number of them took ideas directly back to their organizations and put them nto practice. Today I’m opening membership beyond our founding cohorts, with the same curation standards that made the pilot work. We will cap this next phase at 100 members. Quality of the dialogue is sacred. That requires the right mix of executives in the room. If you are a C-suite leader seriously deploying AI, wrestling with hard questions, and willing to share honestly including the failures, this was built for you. The form this takes will evolve. Traffic data compilation computer determines the possible routes between point A and point B, retrieves the velocity data from a database, and derives the estimated travel time for each of the possible routes.
