Patrick Jammet reposted thisPatrick Jammet reposted thisWe hydrated firefighters up and down the East Coast. 🚒 💧 Here's why it mattered. On the Liquid I.V. Hydratruck Tour, some of our most meaningful stops weren't festivals or community events. They were firehouses. 👨🚒 Firefighters need hydration more than almost anyone, and they serve our communities every day. So we showed up for them, from Miami all the way up to Boston! At several firehouses, we got to walk crews through what the Hydratruck does on the road and share a first taste of our newest flavors, Cherry Ring Pop and Lychee Sorbet. Watching them pick favorites between city stops was a highlight of the tour! The best experiential marketing isn't always the loudest. Sometimes it's sharing electrolytes and giving a BIG 'THANK YOU to first responders with some Liquid I.V. Thank you to every fire department that welcomed us in. 🙏🏽 #LiquidIV #ExperientialMarketing #CommunityEngagement

Patrick Jammet shared thisGrowth is the fun part to post about. We spent the last month hiring nine people — across creative, operations, production, and finance. That was deliberate. You don't get to keep doing bigger work unless the machine underneath it can carry it. Excited to welcome this team to our family!Patrick Jammet shared thisPromobile Marketing has been growing quickly and with that growth comes the need to build an even stronger team behind the work. Over the past month, we’ve welcomed nine new team members across leadership, operations, production, creative, and finance. Each brings a different perspective and set of experiences, but all are here to help us continue raising the bar as we grow. Please join us in welcoming: Brian Couch, Chief Operating Officer — 25+ years scaling experiential agencies and teams Dustin Lamprecht, Senior Director of Production — 15+ years leading complex, multimillion-dollar programs Desirée Abeyta, Executive Account Manager — 10+ years producing ambitious, high-profile creative work Dan Haxel, Senior Account Manager — 10+ years across client, account, and production leadership Cheina Ramos, Senior Creative Producer — brand storytelling and creative continuity, with experience across Apple and Red Bull Grant Omohundro, Senior Manager, Logistics — systems-minded operations and logistics with a technology-driven approach Sarah Pesek, Project Manager — bringing 15 years of five-star hospitality experience and attention to detail into experiential Kayla Robinson, Creative Coordinator — design and creative coordination that keeps the work moving and looking sharp Bryan Lobato, Finance Coordinator — 10+ years of financial reporting, compliance, and process experience One thing that makes this group especially exciting: four of our new hires started out freelancing with Promobile Marketing. They already knew our team, our clients, and how we work and we already knew the talent they brought to the table. Making them an official part of the team felt like a natural next step. More talent. Stronger systems. Bigger ideas and a lot of exciting work ahead. Welcome to the family. We’re glad you’re here! #ExperientialMarketing #AgencyGrowth #TeamPromobile

Patrick Jammet reposted thisThe smartest part is that a pod like this can move to wherever the demand data says to go🚙. Promobile Marketing built this to move all over the country. A permanent store can’t do that. Retail expansion used to mean signing a decade of rent, but now it means finding the right parking spot. #promobilepartner

A few highlights so far: The Good Morning Café tour is making its way across the US - a real space, real conversations, and everything that makes your morning ritual worth showing up for. In London, we served up a limited-edition AG1 smoothie at Healf's Selfridges pop-up, then connected with thousands of guests at HX26, Healf's flagship wellness experience, over AG1 and all things Foundational Nutrition. In NYC, we sampled AG1 Pro for the first time to athletes, coaches, and nominees at the Official ESPYS Athlete Lounge, including a special visit from Mikaela Shiffrin. In Montauk, we set up a farm stand at Magic Montauk alongside The Class for a summer residency running through August 8. On the Gold Coast, we hosted a recovery morning and served up AG1 smoothies ahead of race weekend. 📍 Next stop on The Good Morning Café tour: Lincoln Park, Chicago this weekend, July 31 through August 2. Patrick Jammet liked thisPatrick Jammet liked thisOne thing the Liquid I.V. Hydratruck tour has reinforced for me is how important Brand Ambassadors are to experiential marketing. You can have an incredible activation, a recognizable product and the perfect location, but the person actually interacting with the consumer becomes the brand in that moment. The best BAs understand that engagement isn’t about repeating a script, it’s about reading people, creating energy and knowing how to make an interaction feel natural with the consumer. Working with different teams throughout the Liquid I.V. Hydratruck tour has made me appreciate how much great field talent contributes to the overall consumer experience. Training matters, communication matters and leadership matters, but so does making sure your team understands why the activation exists in the first place. When the people representing a brand genuinely enjoy being there, consumers can feel the difference. #ExperientialMarketing #FieldMarketing

Patrick Jammet liked thisalmost a year in the making. the new Pistakio is finally here.Patrick Jammet liked thisSAY HELLO TO OUR NEW PISTAKIO ERA 💚💫🤭 when we launched Pistakio two years ago, our first labels came out of our college graphic design class 🫣 we printed them on sticker sheets on the school printer and brought them to the farmers market... and it definitely wasn’t perfect, but it worked, and it kept working for two years!! in the meantime we listened. we read your comments, dms, emails, and even spoke to some of you over the phone 👀last year, we finally started on the new Pistakio. it took nearly ten months, but here she is: brighter jars, new names, more ways to use, and a lil formula tweak that makes it a touch thicker. same pistachios, same delicious recipe you love 💚 this look is the brand we’ve grown into, and we’re soso proud of it. we hope you love it as much as we do! - fran & nico

Patrick Jammet liked thisExtremely excited to unveil our first major packaging refresh since launch! More clarity, more characters, more consistency, and a lot more blurple. Huge thanks to Fred Hart and team for the amazing work 💜Patrick Jammet liked thisSeven years ago, Magic Spoon was four flavors of cereal and a crazy idea: that maybe grownups deserved fun breakfast, too. Today, we’re cereal. Treats. Granola. Oatmeal. A whole pantry of childhood favorites, rebuilt for healthy grownups. It was time we looked like it. This week, we’re unveiling the first major evolution of the Magic Spoon brand since we launched. Meet the new look of Magic Spoon. We’ve refreshed everything, from our packaging and colors to the way our growing family of products shows up together, creating one cohesive, colorful Magic Spoon world across everything we make. And because a glow-up shouldn’t just be skin deep, we made our cereal even better, too. Now with fiber, plus the high protein, low carb, and 0g sugar you already know us for. It’s the biggest change we’ve ever made to Magic Spoon. And somehow, it feels more like us than ever. 🪄🥣

Liquid Death pivots from Anheuser-Busch’s ABOne network to a slate of West Coast craft distributors as it gears up for its next phase of growth. The brand has tapped Sunset Distributing (CA), The Odom Corporation (WA), Bigfoot Beverages and Summit Beverage Distribution Co. (OR) to cover SoCal and the Pacific Northwest 🚚. The move follows its New York shift to Big Geyser and is described as an “upgrade” to support a better-for-you energy drink launch slated to hit retail in January ⚡. Leadership points to “tremendous retail acceptance,” a $1.4B valuation, and a multi-category platform spanning water, sparkling, and tea 💧📈. https://lnkd.in/gUdE87ag #BeverageIndustry #DSD #Distribution #EnergyDrinks #NonAlcoholic #CannedWater #WestCoast #CPG

The U.S. wine category is shrinking. Bonanza Cabernet keeps growing anyway. That's worth looking at if you're in any business where the category is moving against you. U.S. wine sales fell roughly 6% in 2024 (SipSource). Wine Intelligence (acquired by IWSR) forecasts volume dropping at -2% CAGR through 2027, faster than the -1% pace from 2017 to 2022. Regular wine drinkers aged 21-34 fell from 29% of the base to 23% between 2019 and 2023. The board decks all have the same sad category chart right now. And then a $20 Cabernet from the Caymus Vineyards family just keeps taking share. According to Impact Databank, Bonanza launched at 131,000 cases in the U.S. in 2020 and has added 60,000 to 80,000 cases every year since. Double-digit volume growth. The category was falling the whole time. We dug into how. Four things stood out. 1. They priced against the occasion, not the shelf position. Bonanza lives where a weeknight steak dinner lives. Around $20. The slot was crowded but no one held it with real winemaking credibility behind them. Silicon Valley Bank's 2025 State of the Wine Industry report found the top quartile of premium wineries grew revenue 22% in 2024. The value-with-credibility window is open. Has been for a while. 2. They borrowed trust rather than building it cold. Chuck Wagner's name is on it. Decades of Caymus equity, spent carefully on a value tier without pulling the flagship down with it. That's genuinely hard to do. Heritage brands tend to hoard the halo or blow it. Bonanza did neither. 3. They dropped the rules the buyer never cared about. No vintage on the label. No single appellation. They blend across California lots to hit a consistent taste profile every time. Wine people were unhappy about this. Buyers at Costco Wholesale and Total Wine & More were not. The person grabbing a bottle on a Tuesday just wanted it to taste the same as last time. Bonanza built for that person. The consistency thing is probably the most transferable idea here for anyone building a consumer brand outside wine. 4. Supply structure did the real work. Multi-region sourcing means they buy fruit where the value sits each year. Cost structure moves with the market. A Napa-only brand at that price can't follow. The wine world sells vintage variation as romance. The grocery shopper reads it as inconsistency. Bonanza picked a side and moved on. A declining category and a growing brand at the same time. It's not rare, actually. For any team staring at a flat or shrinking market: the category number is an average. Find the occasion that wasn't priced for. Use trust you already have. Ignore the rules your customer never knew existed. What brand in your category is pulling this off? Drop it below. If this is useful, follow me on LinkedIn. We do this regularly across growth, transformation, and value creation. #WineIndustry #BrandGrowth #MarketStrategy #ConsumerInsights

Distribution just sped up and a lot of brands are about to feel it. Pernod didn’t wait. They pulled out of RNDC and reshuffled the map overnight. Southern, Reyes, Johnson Brothers, everyone’s grabbing territory. Here’s the part nobody wants to say out loud: If you’re sitting on RNDC in those states and you haven’t made the call yet, you’re already behind. 60 to 90 days of chaos is coming. Rep turnover. Account gaps. Missed placements. And while that’s happening, the big three are locking in control. At the same time Tequila’s getting dragged through lawsuits. EU volumes are soft. And one warehouse glitch just cost retailers a peak season. This isn’t noise. This is the shift. My take: If you don’t know exactly who’s moving your product by June, you don’t have a plan. I break it all down in today’s DrinkUP Podcast Daily Industry Brief. Make the call this week. Truthfully, Sam #beverageindustry #distribution #drinkup #alcoholindustry #salesstrategy

There’s a stage in CPG growth that doesn’t get talked about enough. You’re no longer small, but you’re not big enough to have everything figured out. You have sales, customers, a growing catalog, maybe even a team. But every new decision still feels expensive, hire, launch another SKU, increase inventory, enter another marketplace, or spend more on ads. At this stage, the challenge isn’t a lack of ideas. It’s knowing which idea deserves your next dollar. Growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about making fewer expensive guesses. #CPG #CPGBrands #BrandGrowth #Ecommerce #MarketplaceGrowth #CPGFounders

Searching for growth? General Mills has announced plans to boldly go after the over 55s in their quest to increase volumes. While much of CPG chases 18-45s or the latest wellness fad, General Mills is placing its bets on three under-the-radar, high-leverage consumer groups: - Adults aged 55 +, who account for nearly half of U.S. households and have enormous spending power. - Consumers using GLP-1 medications (up to 12%+ of U.S. adults), who’re eating less but seeking more protein, more functional nutrients, smaller portions. - Hispanic shoppers, where General Mills plans to ramp up innovation and engagement by ~40% in FY26. This move takes product renovation in new directions - redesigning products and formats to match how people now live, eat and feel. They’re innovating for smaller households (smaller pack sizes), higher-protein need states, functional nutrition and not just indulgence. And this isn’t an isolated move. It’s part of a broader CPG reboot as the absence of growth looms.
