Prachi Gore shared thisAfter 18 months of listening to and building with design partners, Asana Service Management is now generally available. Teams across IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and more now have one connected service experience from ticket to project: one intake point, AI that resolves routine requests and turns past resolutions into reusable knowledge, and full context when more complex requests become projects. So many teams across Asana helped shape, build, and bring this product to market. Thank you to everyone involved. Now comes the best part: seeing what our customers do with it. Take a look 👇Prachi Gore shared thisIT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal: if your ticketing queue looks the same every day—same questions, different tools for every team—this is for you. A ticket history isn’t the same as institutional knowledge. Asana Service Management, our AI-native enterprise service management solution, is built to turn one into the other—and it’s now generally available. It uses an organization’s own resolution history to identify recurring fixes and draft knowledge-base articles, so teams don’t have to keep solving—or documenting—the same issues from scratch. When a request becomes more than a ticket, teams can convert it into an Asana project in one click. Because each request stays in Asana’s Work Graph, its full context and audit trail carry through from intake to resolution. Completed work, feedback, and team preferences also carry forward as shared memory, helping future workflows build on what came before. One connected service experience across your entire business. Prachi Gore shared thisAgentic Work Management is officially in customers' hands today. Huge team effort from our marketing and product teams to the customers and partners who helped shape it. Congrats again to the entire Asana team. I couldn't be prouder of what we built together. Take a look 👇

Prachi Gore shared thisOne month until Work Innovation Summit NYC 🗽 There is so much to look forward to: We’ll hear from FedEx on how they used AI workflows in Asana to redesign the full go-to-market journey from intake through launch, leading to 9x faster results. And we'll learn from RBC on how their enterprise marketing ops team uses Asana to automate the repetitive coordination work of validating intake, routing requests, and only flagging when what actually needs a human decision. And to close it out, our own Asana power users will show how the marketing org uses Agentic Work Management across global campaign planning, alignment, and activation to transform the speed and efficiency for the team. See you there on Oct. 14: https://lnkd.in/gs-5w7Bq

Prachi Gore shared thisQ2 gave us incredible momentum to build on: $216.4 million in revenue, up 10% year over year, and more than 25% of our $100,000-plus customers have now purchased AI Studio or AI Teammates. Beyond the numbers though, the best proof is a customer story where they can immediately see AI’s value. That’s what stands out to me in Indeed's use of Asana across project discovery, technical scoping, and creative intake and triage. It’s not an AI demo set apart from the team’s work; it’s applied across the workflow. That’s the kind of customer proof marketers should want: specific, recognizable, and grounded in how teams actually operate. Beginning in mid-September, Agentic Work Management brings AI Teammates, AI Studio, and Dash into the core experience for all our customers... and I cannot wait to see the impact to teams around the world. Thank you for everyone customers, partners and Asanas everywhere for making this an incredible quarter for us all. Full results here: : https://lnkd.in/g_ghD87f

Prachi Gore shared this9x faster speed-to-market. Not from a tool swap but from a total workflow redesign. FedEx didn't just add AI to their existing process. Their Marketing and Sales Enablement teams rebuilt how work moves (from intake to execution). AI Teammates generating plans, briefs, and leadership updates at every step. See how they did it: https://lnkd.in/gKj9QVU2Prachi Gore shared thisAt WIS London, our CEO Dan Rogers shared how FedEx put agentic AI to work — not as an experiment, but as part of their actual workflows. AI checks in intake and quality control. Go-to-market work assigned straight to AI Teammates, so every team had what it needed, when it needed it. The payoff wasn't a metric on a slide. It showed up in how fast they moved.

Prachi Gore reposted thisPrachi Gore reposted thisEvery head of MOPs knows this feeling. You're accountable for making sure your entire marketing leadership team can run their planning offsites effectively. Everyone comes together, understands the data, brainstorms ideas, walks away feeling energized and aligned. And then someone (usually me!) has to turn all of that into actionable plans that filter down to the rest of the org. That part can feel like a bit of a slog. Reviewing the action items, notes, the projects and portfolios. Making sure there are clear goals, milestone dates, assigned owners... enough context for people who weren't in the room to understand what actually changed. Four hours of careful, manual, easy-to-get-wrong work. At Asana, I've been building AI Teammates for a while now. But one of the coolest parts has been getting to share use cases with customers and realizing, they have the exact same headaches I do. So I built an AI Teammate to handle the post-offsite review. Gave it our planning project, our team standards, meeting transcripts. It ran the review. I checked the output. Four hours became 45 minutes. And it caught things I would've skimmed past. Because it runs async, teammates in other time zones aren't waiting on me to be at my desk either. If you run planning cycles on small teams, or large, and you know this pain, give it a read. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gznNcFxpHow One Marketer Saved 4 Hours of Manual Work with AI Teammates [2026] • AsanaHow One Marketer Saved 4 Hours of Manual Work with AI Teammates [2026] • Asana

Prachi Gore shared thisThe bottleneck in most marketing teams isn't ideas or headcount. It's coordination — the invisible tax on every campaign that nobody budgets for. ActionRocket has been quietly solving this in a way that I think gets at the real unlock: instead of using AI to make individuals faster, they've built AI Teammates that own workstreams. Full project setup. Localized plans. Launch readiness checks. Post-campaign reviews. The team doesn't coordinate the AI. The AI handles the coordination. They're sharing exactly how on August 13 — live walkthrough, real setup. Don't miss it.Prachi Gore shared thisBriefs sit unwritten. Timelines stall. And when your team gets busy, post-campaign learnings are the first thing to slip. Prachi Gore reacted on thisPrachi Gore reacted on thisYesterday at ApolloNext we showed what we've been building for the last year: a complete AI GTM System. We had a packed house and I'm so thankful for our customers that traveled from across the globe to join us in person. I've spent my entire career on the one problem every business has to solve: how do you find, sell, and retain customers. That's what go-to-market actually is, whether people call it that or not. The last 15 years of GTM has been marked by point solutions and disjointed data. Marketing has a tool. Sales has a tool. Add a dialer, a data vendor, find an email deliverability layer, and none of it talks to each other. This meant only the lucky few companies that could afford to hire brilliant minds and pay hefty software opex could use the power of these tools. Most companies would up trying to hold the joints together with duct tape, and most of the time the joints still didn't hold. Now its a real problem, because AI without full context isn't effective, its a guess. Guessing is expensive. Here's what we built. Three layers that have to move together: data, intelligence, execution. Today we launched real products against all three. - Apollo Intelligence Layer, live yesterday, which is Apollo Profile plus the GTM Harness. Its always on, it remembers your context instead of forgetting it the second you close the tab, and it already ships with four agents that go find better leads, build sequences, optimize the ones you've deployed, and make it very simple to prioritize your teams day. - Builder Studio, in closed beta, where you describe what you want in plain English and it writes the code and deploys it. No engineering backlog required. We're spinning up and hosting tenant based infra because our customers already have a fully production GTM environment (that's Apollo). - Messaging OS, also in closed beta, bringing marketing email campaigns and ad audiences into Apollo alongside sales outreach, so its finally one system instead of two teams guessing at the outcome. We power GTM for over 600,000 companies today, from first-time founders to more than 100 Fortune 500 teams, and we doubled our user base this past year to over 5 million. That range is the whole point. This isn't built for only the top 1%. World-class GTM shouldn't be a privilege. That's Apollo.io's whole mission. Were just getting started, and I couldn't be prouder of the team that built all of this.

Prachi Gore reacted on thisPrachi Gore reacted on thisI grew up in Venezuela, where getting to university took three buses and a 5 AM alarm. The buses were dangerous. I carried an old phone instead of a smartphone, and bringing a laptop was out of the question. Almost every year, protests and conflict shut classes down. I lost 3 full semesters. Even with summer terms, my degree took 6 years. In 2014, one of those canceled semesters left me stuck at home. So I started teaching myself AI through MIT OpenCourseWare and Stanford Online, on a laptop from 2006 and my parents' painstakingly slow internet. I was set on getting my PhD, but I knew perfect grades alone wouldn't get me into a top program. So I started emailing robotics researchers in the US and asking to collaborate. I worked with them remotely and got my first 2 peer-reviewed papers into respected AI conferences. Then I applied to 5 PhD programs. MIT, Stanford, UPenn, Princeton, and CMU. I got into 4, and all 4 offered to pay for my full degree. I picked MIT. From there, I came to the US. I had $500 to my name, and well, the rest is a story for another day. If you're teaching yourself AI on an 8-year-old laptop, on borrowed internet, or just feeling behind, keep going. I promise you, you'll get there.

I finished above 100% of quota 3 of the last 4 years and am currently above 100% of revenue and bookings quota for 2026! I want to thank Sunday Bejide for taking the chance on me 5 years ago. There have been a lot of people who helped me throughout my time here at Checkr and I look forward to paying it forward! Prachi Gore reacted on thisPrachi Gore reacted on thisEvery CMO I talked to at Dreamforce is wrestling with the same math problem: higher pipeline targets, same headcount, same budget. How do we get there? The beautiful thing? Agentic marketing and SDR agents are here to help. NVIDIA. Asana. Blackbaud. CrowdStrike. SaaStr Ai. Tebra. All of them stood on a Dreamforce stage and shared their agentic marketing experiences and a trend emerged: real pipeline, real conversion, less pressure on their teams to do more with less. I got the pleasure of joining Prachi Gore, CMO at Asana, at our Qualified keynote. She shared that they've seen a 4x increase in conversations on the website, and have booked over 1,600 meetings with their SDR Agent "Leslie." Boom, pipeline! That's the conversation I want every CMO having right now: not whether to adopt agentic marketing, but how fast can you get there?

Prachi Gore liked thisYou cannot rethink AI monetization and leave your go-to-market model unchanged. That was my biggest takeaway from Simon-Kucher's September 24 San Francisco forum. We brought together insights from our latest Global Software Study and candid lessons from operators and investors to explore both monetization strategy and the downstream changes needed to scale it. Five priorities I would put on the 2027 planning agenda: 1️⃣ Move toward value-aligned pricing without sacrificing predictability. Combine a predictable commitment with included usage and room to expand. Give customers usage visibility and spending controls before asking them to migrate. 2️⃣ Treat agent access as a commercial decision, not just a technical integration. Decide what data and capabilities to expose, to whom, and what to meter. When agents can create more value without adding more users, pricing needs to capture that value while protecting delivery economics. 3️⃣ Redesign GTM accountability beyond “closed-won.” Define the promised customer outcome before the sale, then carry ownership through implementation and adoption. Revisit roles, technical capabilities and incentives so teams are accountable for customer commitment AND consumption, with fewer handoffs along the way. 4️⃣ Build the AI P&L alongside the growth plan. In our study, the median expected AI-driven increase in ongoing cost-to-serve was 20% over the next 24 months. Pressure-test whether pricing covers model costs and the technical support needed to get customers live and growing. Revenue growth alone is not the scorecard. 5️⃣ Fund measurable GTM workflows, not a collection of AI tools. Start with one or two high-value use cases, strengthen the data foundation and measure commercial impact. Set the success metric first, whether revenue per commercial employee or a specific P&L improvement, then choose the technology. For 2027, monetization, GTM, customer migration and systems readiness need to be one connected plan. A big thank you to Craig Shull, Josh Gold, Sam Lee, and Tony King, and Soumya Srinagesh Tulloss, Meredith Schmidt, Akansha Aggarwal, and Lekha Doshi, for the practical insights across both panels. And to Anjai "AJ" Gandhi for bringing the investor perspective on AI-enabled GTM. Grateful to my fellow partners Michelle and Jeff and everyone who joined us. The candid exchange of what is working, and what still needs solving, made the afternoon. #AgenticAI #Monetization #GoToMarket #ProfitableGrowthPrachi Gore liked thisHow can companies turn the rapid rise of agentic AI into sustainable, profitable growth? Yesterday in San Francisco, we brought together senior executives, investors, and operators for our “Monetizing and Scaling Innovation in the Age of Agentic AI” forum to tackle that question from both a strategic and executional perspective. The discussion went well beyond AI monetization strategy. We explored how companies can identify where customers see real value, translate that value into the right pricing and packaging models, and then address the downstream implications for go-to-market. That means rethinking how offerings are positioned and sold, how sales teams are structured and enabled, how roles and incentives evolve, and how companies drive adoption as new AI products and business models scale. The takeaway was clear: capturing the value of AI requires more than innovation alone. It requires a commercial model and GTM system designed to monetize that innovation effectively and scale it profitably. A big thank you to all of our speakers and panelists for sharing their experience, candid perspectives, and lessons from the field. And thank you to everyone who joined us and made the discussion so engaging. Abde Tambawala Jeffrey Tjiok Michelle Wydogen #AgenticAI #AIMonetization #GoToMarket #PricingStrategy #CommercialStrategy

Next stop: NYC for Pavilion GTM and a MKTG WMN garden party.🍎🗽🚕🌸 Turns out there’s nothing quite like leaving a spouse sleeping and kissing your kids goodbye before dawn to remind you to lock tf in. Traveling for work with little ones is challenging. They miss you. Their routine is disrupted and your village (my husband) is left to deal with all the downstream dysregulation. Meanwhile, I feel guilty for the freedom, autonomy and connection 😅. And don’t let there be deal advancement or a strategic breakthrough— then I’m really on cloud nine! And all you can do is develop practices that make being away easier for everyone. I don’t have it all figured out, but besides helping to meal prep, this bye bye bedtime routine has become a way to get the boys ready for my absence. We read this Slumberkins book the night before and I leave a bunch of kisses in the accompanying stuffed otter’s pocket. Throughout the week when my 5 year old needs a little extra love, he gets a kiss from the pocket (and even shares them with his brother). It’s a great way for him to feel loved and stay connected. What helps your kids deal with you being away?

The GTM Directive • 9K followers
Over the last several years leading marketing and commercial teams, a few themes have consistently defined where I do my best work. 1. Building a marketing engine that is tightly integrated with sales and directly accountable for revenue. 2. Clarifying positioning and GTM so the entire org can tell the same compelling story. 3. Turning scattered activity into a focused, measurable growth plan the C‑suite can rally around. I’m always interested in connecting with other leaders who are thinking about marketing as a true growth lever, not just a support function. How is your organization setting up marketing for revenue impact in 2026? #MarketingLeadership #RevenueMarketing #B2BMarketing #GTM #ExecutiveLeadership

This post is a reflection on those patterns and what they reveal about where messaging and GTM often break down. #ProductMarketing #GoToMarket #Leadership #Messaging #DecisionMaking

79% of B2B SaaS CMOs say brand recognition influences their vendor shortlist. In our Wynter study of 100 CMOs at $50M+ companies, 45% called brand fame a major factor in their buying decisions. Still, the first step isn’t Google. 72% start by asking peers in private communities. Word of mouth leads the shortlist. If you're not a household name, here's how you break in: • Get peer-recommended. Be active where your buyers hang out. Happy customers in Slack groups put you on the radar faster than ads. • Clear compliance early. Security checks are non-negotiable. Have your documentation ready. • Let them try it. 38% said unknown vendors need an easy trial. Show the real product, not just a demo video. • Solve what big players ignore. Find the gaps and innovate there. • Prove ROI fast. Lower pricing won't win alone, but combined with clear outcomes, it's a tiebreaker. • De-risk the decision. Prove you understand their problems and can solve them. Big brands start ahead but smaller players catch up through peer recommendations and delivering results. Competitive intelligence is moving from quarterly research to always-on GTM infrastructure. Not because teams need more dashboards. Because pricing pages change faster, docs reveal product direction earlier, review sites surface objections publicly, and sales teams need current talk tracks. The winners will not be the teams watching the most competitors. They will be the teams that turn the right public signals into decisions quickly. That is the lane we are building toward with Clura. #CompetitiveIntelligence #GTM #ProductMarketing
