I spend a lot of time encouraging others to embrace Rewirement - to pause, reflect, and intentionally create a life that aligns with who they are becoming. A few unexpected setbacks haven't stopped my momentum, but they have reminded me that moving forward isn't the same as moving in the right direction. Somewhere along the way, my spark dimmed just enough for me to notice. So I'm taking a step back and returning to the very process I encourage others to embrace: Release. Reflect. Renew. Reconnect. Reclaim. I'm asking myself some honest questions. ---Am I spending my time on what matters most? ---Are my daily choices aligned with my values? ---Am I creating enough space for joy, curiosity, and the people and experiences that energize me? Rewirement isn't a destination. It's a practice. It requires us to periodically recalibrate and to let go of what no longer serves us and make room for what does. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do isn't to push harder. It's to pause long enough to find our way back to ourselves. If you've been feeling just a little "off course" lately, perhaps this is your invitation to do the same.
