Robert Seolas posted thisImagine this: Your favorite team announces tomorrow that they’re going into the season with: No general manager. No coach. No playbooks. But they still expect to win and have a great year. What would you think? You’d probably think they were joking, the Dallas Cowboys, or worse. Because everyone understands that wanting to win isn’t a strategy. ALL high-performing teams have to know how they acquire the right talent with a GM, a coach to get the best out of the team, and playbooks so everyone knows what they are doing. That’s obvious, isn’t it? So why would it be any different in business? It’s NOT. Thankfully, all those are available at a world-class level if you know where to look. I do, so let me help you. If you need a general manager, you should go talk to Evan LaPointe, who’s the best I have ever seen with understanding how to get the best talent for you and your org. If you need a coach and playbooks that work, you should go talk to Petra. Petra Coach is staffed full of high-performing coaches who know what to do and how to ensure you win. Let me know if you want an intro now or after another underperforming and disappointing year. #PetraCoach #PetraCoaches #ExecutiveCoaching #BusinessCoaching #Leadership #ScalingUp #HighPerformanceTeams #BusinessGrowth

Robert Seolas posted thisTrue story.. I just sat next to a key employee of a PE-backed company, and he’s going to leave them, and they are going to lose their collective minds. Why? Unlimited time off. Because he’s key, he ends up taking half of what many others do… yep, kind of makes sense, doesn’t it? Do you have an unlimited time-off policy? Then I’m sorry to say you have a cancer in your company too. And it’s probably turbocharged and destroying it from within. Why do I say this? Well, duh… you don’t mean it, and everyone knows it. So you’re inherently dishonest about a key “supposed” benefit of your company from day one… and then you wonder why no one really trusts management. How have you turbocharged it? Sadly, all too easily. It’s never administered fairly, because it’s impossible. It’s weaponized by those who don’t deserve that power, and they wield it internally for their personal benefit. Lastly, your best people (the ones you can’t lose) take the brunt of this disaster, become victims of the policy, and understandably, eventually leave for someone who does not lie to their face. Is that your organization? Yep, it’s turbocharged lymphoma. As a CEO, I’ve never had it, never coached it, advocated it, or endorsed it. I’ve been lucky when my competitors used it because I could recruit against it. Because I know no one can really mean it. What to do about it? I say end it and be honest about it. Plus, let me introduce you to some specialists who can cut it out and all the other issues causing systemic underperformance. Disagree? What am I missing? #Leadership #CompanyCulture #PrivateEquity #CEO #OrganizationalHealth

Robert Seolas shared thisIt's impossible to overestimate the power of Networking. No one has ever impressed me more than MB at it. Been an honor to play in 5 Crewe Cups and even better, to win 4 :-) Thank you and Congrations as always: Michael P. Bennett.Robert Seolas shared thisOver the last 15 years, the Crewe Cup has created some incredible memories, friendships, and competition. But from the beginning, we believed the best part of golf was always bigger than the game itself. Golf changes lives. It teaches patience, integrity, resilience, and creates relationships that last forever. Unfortunately, for many families today, access to the game is becoming harder and harder because of rising financial pressures. That’s why launching the Crewe Cup Foundation’s national initiative means so much to us. Our goal is simple: help ensure that any young person who wants to play golf has a pathway to do it, regardless of financial circumstances. In 2026 alone, we expect this initiative to impact thousands of families across the country. Grateful for the incredible partners, players, and friends who continue to rally behind this mission. We’re just getting started. Robert Seolas shared thisQuick teaser from an upcoming conversation that I think dives deep into what works and what doesn’t. We get into leadership, business, pressure, growth as a company, growth as a team, growth as individuals, and the realities behind building it all, especially over the long haul. A lot of honest conversation and a lot of value in this one. Hope you enjoy the teaser. As always, feedback welcome. #PetraCoach #ObservePoint #Autto

Robert Seolas posted thisHere you are, again... Same fires as last week, month and year. And now everything around us is more unstable than ever. You need a coach that can help you change, both for you and for the team. You need Petra Coach. I will personally introduce you to 3 off the best coaches on the planet and I am not one of them. Call me crazy, but I just like to see businesses become their best. You will never regret it.

Robert Seolas posted thisIs your business having the same issues it did last week, and the month before, and the year before that? And you still don't have a coach or a mentor? Or at least a plan on the wall that every one can see (most importantly you)?? Suggestion: Change something. And soon.

Robert Seolas shared thisCo-Founders are complicated relationships in the best of times. In the worst of times, it reveals the darkest of human behavior. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to have a such an amazing partner in John, that I never once experienced that latter. It's only been the best of times. Truly. That only happens when you don't ever have to question ones motivations, because you know the nature of their heart. Incredible Board meeting yesterday and it's remarkable what a truly creative mind can do with a deeply talented team. Really good things coming to OP in 26!!

To dominate this market, you must master two new standards: 🔍 UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol): Ensuring AI finds you. It's the GPS for your catalog. 💳 ACP (Agentic Commerce Protocol): Ensuring AI pays you. It's the transactional handshake. But beware: in 2026, data errors are unforgiving. A single "SKU Drift" and the agent will de-index your brand to protect its user. We have moved from SEO to REO: Revenue Engine Optimization. 🚀 Swipe through the carousel to discover: ✔️ Why AI has taken control of the purchasing process. ✔️ The battle of the giants (Google/Shopify vs. OpenAI/Stripe). ✔️ How to protect your conversion against data drift. Robert Seolas liked thisRobert Seolas liked thisA question I can't stop chewing on: if the click goes away, what exactly are we buying? Publishers are already moving off traffic optimization. The value they create now is being cited, being the source an answer gets built from, being the reason somebody trusts a decision. None of that generates a click, and our whole compensation model is built on the click. So either publishers get paid flat for influence, or they stop doing the work. I don't think most programs have run that math yet. But here's the part that doesn't get enough airtime. The same technology poking holes in the payout model is quietly making our actual jobs better. Recruitment used to be the grind. Build the list, research every prospect, guess at fit, send 200 emails, hear back from nine. Now I can find the right partners, understand what they actually publish and why it works, and reach out like a human who did the homework. At a scale that used to take a team. Affiliate management has been running on spreadsheets and stubbornness since I started in 1999. AI is the first thing in 26 years that makes the boring 80% of the job disappear so we can spend our time on the relationships, which is where the money was hiding the whole time. That's what I'm bringing tomorrow. Lacie Thompson has the data, Adam Riemer has the receipts, Dustin Howes keeps three opinionated people on schedule. Affiliate Nerd Out, 9am PT, live on LinkedIn. The fear. The disconnection. And what always naturally comes next after death is rebirth. :) A return to our being. A return to the best of human nature.
