Over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow with Degree Wellness in ways I never could have anticipated. I’ve learned so much, taken on new challenges, and had the chance to work across operations, onboarding, marketing, and strategy. This next chapter is an opportunity to bring those experiences together and focus on helping our franchisees grow their businesses and build strong, recognizable brands in their local communities. I’m incredibly grateful to the Degree Wellness team for the trust, opportunities, and support that have helped me get to this point. I’m so proud of the work we’ve done so far and excited for everything ahead! Here’s to the next chapter! 🤍

After months of planning, permitting, and preparation, we’re thrilled to see our vision for a wellness destination in Horizon West becoming a reality. As we get closer to opening, we’re also continuing to offer our Founding Memberships. The first 100 members will receive our lowest founding-member pricing, locked in for the life of their membership. Tyler Moore liked thisTyler Moore liked thisThis week I had the opportunity to spend several days with our newest Degree Wellness Steele Creek team during technical training, and I left feeling incredibly excited for what’s ahead. As someone who supports franchise owners through the opening process, I know firsthand how much work happens long before the doors ever open. Construction delays, inspections, hiring, ordering supplies, learning new systems—there are countless moving pieces behind the scenes. From the moment I walked into Steele Creek, I could tell this team had done the work. Everything was organized and ready for training. The equipment was prepared, materials were in place, and every team member showed up eager to learn, asked thoughtful questions, and fully engaged in the process. Rich and Mary Jo Shannon, along with their Studio Manager, Stacy, created an environment that made both the team and me feel genuinely welcomed😊 What stood out most wasn’t just the preparation—it was the attitude. Everyone approached the week with curiosity, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for their future members. As a Franchise Operations Manager, moments like these remind me why I love what I do. Watching a team build confidence, develop new skills, and prepare to serve their community is incredibly rewarding. I can’t wait to watch Steele Creek open its doors and see all of their hard work pay off. Congratulations to Rich, Mary Jo, Stacy, and the entire Steele Creek team. You’re going to do amazing things. #DegreeWellness #FranchiseOperations #Leadership #Training #Wellness #Teamwork #GrandOpening

Tyler Moore reacted on thisTyler Moore reacted on thisFor years, I've encouraged people to take the leap into entrepreneurship, and now it's my turn. 🙋🏻♀️ Here I am tabling at Club Pilates Basking Ridge to let their members know about Degree Wellness coming soon. We’re officially in presales and, I'll admit... it's a little nerve-wracking introducing yourself to strangers and hoping they believe in your vision. Thankfully, my days of boogie changes with Universal Cheerleaders Association taught me how to grab a microphone, smile through the nerves, and fake confidence until the real thing kicks in. 🦵 If you're in the Basking Ridge area, stop by and say hello. And if you're not, I'd love a little luck from my LinkedIn friends as I take this next leap. 💙🩵 #Entrepreneurship #SmallBusiness #DegreeWellness #BaskingRidge #NewBeginnings #GrowthMindset
