Vaishnavi Muchalwar reposted thisVaishnavi Muchalwar reposted thisWhat happens after a creator says yes to the campaign? I’ve been on the creator side of campaigns, and there’s always a lot more happening behind the scenes than what makes it into the final post. That’s what I’m looking forward to talking about during The Honest Hour: What Really Happens Behind a Campaign with Veel. We’ll get into the real experience of working on creator campaigns, what can get complicated, what brands and creators sometimes miss, and what actually makes the process work. Come join the conversation on Oct 8. 📅 2 PM ET / 11 AM PT / 8 PM CET 🔗 veelapp.com/ugc-webinar #CreatorMarketing #UGC #TheHonestHour #Webinar

Vaishnavi Muchalwar reposted thisVaishnavi Muchalwar reposted thisThe Honest Hour: What Really Happens Behind a Campaign. We’re bringing both sides of the campaign to the table. Hear from our creators Kassandra Suriano and Vas Kiniris, alongside Brian Ng, Owner of Junbi Matcha, representing the brand side. Together, they’ll share the realities of working on creator campaigns from both perspectives. We’ll talk about: - What brands actually look for when working with creators. - The challenges that come up on both sides. - What makes a campaign work, and the lessons you only learn by running one. No polished case studies or sugarcoating. Just an honest conversation about what happens behind the campaign. Register for The Honest Hour: https://lnkd.in/egJKCXty

Vaishnavi Muchalwar shared thisQuick question for anyone running UGC or creator campaigns: What’s harder right now? A. Finding the right creators B. Getting creators to produce content that actually performs C. Scaling UGC without creating more work for the team D. Knowing which content is worth creating in the first place I’ve been hearing different answers from brands lately - and honestly, there’s no shortage of creators or content. The harder part is figuring out what to do with all of it. That’s one of the things we’re unpacking in our upcoming session: From Scroll to Sale: The Brand’s Guide to UGC & Creator Marketing We’ll get into: → What’s actually working in creator marketing right now → Where brands get stuck when scaling UGC → How to choose creators based on more than just follower count → How to build a creator strategy around results 📅 August 27 ⏰ 2 PM ET | 11 AM PT 💻 Live on Zoom I’m curious - which one would you pick: A, B, C or D? And if you want to go deeper on it, you can join us here: 👉 https://lnkd.in/disbKz7u

Vaishnavi Muchalwar shared thisCreators want great brand collaborations. Brands want the right creators. But making that happen smoothly takes more than just finding each other. From discovery and collaboration to content, communication, payments, and performance - there’s a lot happening behind every successful creator campaign. That’s exactly why we’re building Veel: to make the entire journey easier for both sides. If you’re a brand looking to build stronger creator partnerships, or a creator looking for meaningful collaborations, this is a space worth watching🚀 #CreatorMarketing #UGC #InfluencerMarketing #Creators #D2CVaishnavi Muchalwar shared thisI hear this a lot from brand teams: "we don't need a platform, we'll just message creators directly." Works fine for one campaign. But it falls apart at the second or third, once you're juggling rights terms, payment timelines, revision requests, and content tracking across a dozen creators in different countries usually in someone's inbox and a spreadsheet. The DIY approach isn't wrong. It just has a ceiling, and most teams hit it faster than they expect. Ready to move beyond the spreadsheet? Explore Veel : https://veelapp.com/ Veel helps brands manage creator campaigns in one place from finding and collaborating with creators to managing content, payments in 121+ countries, and performance. https://lnkd.in/gVqi7Vet

Vaishnavi Muchalwar reacted on thisVaishnavi Muchalwar reacted on thisWatched the Rafael Nadal documentary on my flight back from Mumbai. I am not into tennis. Have only watched a handful of matches, mostly when he was playing. Mostly read about the sport in newspapers in my childhood. Never had any idea about the injuries. The pain. Playing with a foot condition for more than half of his career, taking anesthesia before matches, just because of his love for competition and the sport. And all of this not to prove something to the world. It was to prove it to himself. Can I push myself this far? Can I come back again? Can I still do this? Can I rise from the impossible? And a lot of it also came down to the people around him. The support system. The positivity they brought in. And that felt very close to entrepreneurship. As founders, we know it. Sparse highs. Infinite lows. But the last 3 weeks of LinkedIn in India have been a little depressing. People finding joy in pulling others down. For a few likes. Some clout. Or just to sound smarter. And for what? A down round. A valuation cut. A business going south (not really). If building a company is a competitive sport, these are injuries. They hurt. Sometimes badly. But an injury doesn’t mean the game is over. Criticism is good. In fact, we need more of it. But criticism should help someone answer: Can I rebuild this? Can I take what broke, learn from it and build something better? Can I come back? Not make someone who is already going through a hard time question themselves even more. Because sometimes, when you can’t go up yourself, pulling someone else down gives you a temporary feeling of being higher. But that’s not how ecosystems get better. That only happens when people genuinely care about the people building in them. We should much rather help a founder rebuild from a messed-up situation than celebrate when they are struggling. Seeing the positivity and energy around Kaushik, Vineeta and their team when I met them 4 days ago made me think about this a lot more deeply.

Madurai Jasmine has been named the jury winner at the Vogue India Beauty & Wellness Honours 2026. For an Indian clean perfume to be recognised alongside global fragrance houses makes this one particularly special. Jasmine is deeply familiar to India, which made creating this fragrance harder, not easier. Ankita and our team wanted to make it feel modern and clean, while retaining the emotion and familiarity people associate with Indian jasmine. This recognition reinforces something we have believed from the beginning. Indian perfumery can be rooted in our ingredients and memories, while competing globally on the product itself. Madurai Jasmine started as our interpretation of a scent India already knows intimately. It now gives us even more conviction about what we are building. link to post: https://buff.ly/CF9Tq9X #SecretAlchemist #MaduraiJasmine #CleanPerfume #IndianOriginBrand #VogueBeautyAndWellnessHonours

0 team members have quit in 2 years of running OutboundLeads. Even after offers of 2-3x their pay from other agencies on a monthly basis. That's not luck. That's culture. Every single person on my team has worked at other agencies before joining OutboundLeads. Multiple agencies, in most cases. And every single one of them says the same thing: "This is completely different than anywhere else I've worked." My team sends me screenshots all the time. Direct competitors sliding into their DMs offering double or triple their current pay to jump ship. None of them have taken it. Why? Because our team values relationships over transactions. Here's the truth most founders won't admit: at any job, at any point in time, you can ALWAYS go make more money somewhere else. I learned this in corporate America. Every time I switched jobs, I got at least a 20% raise. Money is always available. Good culture is rare. So here's what I do differently: 1. I enable people instead of controlling them. My team has the autonomy to make decisions without asking for permission on every detail. They own their work and the outcomes. 2. I share ownership instead of hoarding it. Everyone has full visibility into client payments, campaign performance, and company metrics. They see what we make and how their work contributes to it. 3. I don't micromanage. I trust my team to own their work. I give clear expectations and context, then get out of the way. If I hired you, I trust you to execute without me hovering over every decision. 4. I constantly share the vision so everyone knows where we're going and why it matters. Everyone knows the target, the plan to get there, and how their role contributes to hitting it. Compare that to how most agencies operate: ∙ Team members are task-doers with no room for growth. ∙ No ownership. ∙ No opportunity. ∙ Micromanaged on everything. ∙ Penalized for the smallest mistakes. ∙ Zero training or coaching. ∙ Leadership that sucks. I'm doing the exact opposite. And winning because of it. Our culture is bulletproof. It's built on trust and non-transactional relationships. People here love their day-to-day work. It doesn't feel like a "job." Retention isn't about paying the most. It's about building something people don't want to leave. And if someone isn't a good fit after they join? I fire immediately. I can't compromise our culture for anyone.

How Much Do Movers Charge in Texas for a Day? The Search Intent Matters More Than the Number Pricing Searches Can Become High-Intent Leads for Moving Companies When someone searches “How much do movers charge in Texas for a day?”, they are usually not browsing casually. They are comparing costs and getting closer to booking. Texas movers typically price local jobs by the hour rather than a fixed daily rate. Recent 2026 data puts the statewide average at about $103 per mover per hour, while total local-move costs can vary widely by crew size, home size, distance, and time required. From my experience in SEO and AI-driven growth, these pricing questions are valuable because they reveal commercial intent. The stronger strategy is: Pricing Question → Helpful Answer → Trust → Quote Request → Booked Move I’m Jamanassad — SEO Strategist & AI Growth Specialist for Moving Companies. Want to know which pricing questions could bring your moving company qualified leads? DM me “PRICING.”
