So proud to share that Apparel Impact Institute Impact Institute (Aii) received the Eco-Steward of the Year award at the 2025 American Image Awards hosted by American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) at historic Gotham Hall. This recognition is a testament to our team’s tireless work mobilizing capital, equipping suppliers with climate solutions, and driving meaningful progress across the industry. And the many partners from across the industry making this work real! For the last 7 years together we’ve built a strong model to scale decarbonization solutions! The 1200+ suppliers we’ve worked with have made bold changes to their production to lower co2 emissions. This award is theirs too! Huge congratulations to our fellow honorees—including Target who took home Retailer of the Year—and gratitude to the AAFA and CFDA for spotlighting the innovators shaping a more sustainable fashion future. Let’s keep the momentum going. Bold action is the only path forward. #AmericanImageAwards #AAFA #CFDA #EcoSteward #SustainableFashion #ClimateAction #GothamHall

The list honors companies that are leading the way in developing innovative, commercially viable solutions with meaningful environmental impacts. At Kintra, we're proud to be recognized for transforming the fashion industry with materials that significantly reduce Scope 3 emissions and textile pollution, while seamlessly integrating into existing supply chains. Being included on this list for the second year highlights the effectiveness and scalability of our bio-based, biodegradable technology. Over the past year, we've established a world-class manufacturing network and strengthened strategic partnerships with industry-leading brands and mills, allowing us to achieve scale and technological readiness on par with significantly larger and more heavily resourced peers. This recognition, based on evaluation of environmental impact, financial strength, and innovation, is a testament to our team’s relentless pursuit to bring our shared vision of a sustainable apparel industry into a reality. Thank you TIME and all our supporters for championing our journey towards a greener future!
