What if grocery stores borrowed more ideas from restaurants? Restaurants are masters at creating experiences. Why shouldn’t merchandising do the same? For this display, the goal wasn’t simply to stack bags of chips. The goal was to bring a piece of the St. Louis Bar & Grill experience into the grocery store. By combining the restaurant’s bold branding with Covered Bridge Potato Chips, we created a destination that shoppers couldn’t help but notice. The oversized sign, vibrant colours, and larger-than-life presentation were designed to stop traffic and create a connection long before a customer picked up a bag. Too often in retail, we focus on where the product goes. Maybe we should spend more time thinking about how the product is experienced. The brands that win are the ones that create moments, not just displays. The connection between food, branding, and environment is often underestimated. This is a good example of how those elements can come together in a way that feels more meaningful.

Absolutely incredible displays!
We're proud to see our partnership with St. Louis Bar & Grill showcased in such a creative way at Longo's. When merchandising tells a story and connects shoppers to a brand experience, it becomes much more than a display. A big thank you to the teams involved in bringing this vision to life and helping create a destination in-store. 👏
