After completing my certification as a SIRI assessor (https://lnkd.in/gi8yE5Qb) I am starting my own practice - Industry 4Ward, LLC - to help manufacturers start, scale, and sustain their digital transformation efforts. Manufacturing investments in the US have surpassed $200B, much of which will be leveraging the best-in-class concepts of Industry 4.0. However, surveys continue to show that nearly 70% of digital transformation efforts fail. In today's economically challenging environment, it is vital to prioritize the right activities that will drive success and create value.
