    Great coverage of the hearing in the Spagnuolo insider trading case. Defense citing (1) US v. Chastain for idea that the MNPI must have commercial value, and (2) the new 9th Circuit ruling that sports contracts on Kalshi are not swaps, not subj to CFTC. They seem prepped to argue

    Polymarket U.S. self-certified—and the CFTC has not opposed—NFL injury return date bets, per a filing today. This appears to run directly against the CFTC's own proposed rules for prediction markets (below)
