    If I were on that jury, I would vote to convict and there would be nothing you could do to ever change my mind. If I’m wrong, she’ll win on appeal. But if she’s guilty, then she can’t be tried again if she’s found not guilty by this jury.

    California Democrats are just the worst in every single way. They tax everyone eight-ways-to-Sunday but they also tax them stupidly. They get massive swings from their revenue because they tax capital gains at up to 13.3%, and when the markets don't go up, they don't get that
