指定されたワイド文字が小文字、すなわち abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz のいずれか、または現在のロケール固有のいずれかの小文字かどうかを調べます。

ch の値が wchar_t として表現可能でなくマクロ WEOF の値と等しくもなければ、動作は未定義です。
