Melissa Batchelor, MBA shared thisLove this Natalie Sabri! Such an accomplishmentMelissa Batchelor, MBA shared thisClosing out 2025 with a full heart and a huge milestone: $1.3M in sales... with now $4.5M in total revenue to date. I was told more times than I can count that this wasn’t a scalable business. Too hard. Too complex. Too expensive. Instead, I leaned into grit and relentless problem-solving... and most importantly... I built a team around me who knew more than I did. Learners. Builders. Mentors. People who challenge me, raise the bar, and show up with ownership every single day. I am incredibly proud of this team. Their commitment and resilience are the reason we keep moving forward. 🤍 $1M might sound small to some, but to a founder like me it represents years of obsession and execution: • Building a multi-vertical business • Owning our manufacturing, leading to filing the World’s first natural, eco-friendly dough patent • Growing e-commerce and social from scratch • Cracking premium, hard-to-win retailers like Whole Foods • 100% organic celebrity love (including Chrissy Teigen posting a 2nd time and a shoutout from Academy Award winner Hilary Swank this year!) Looking ahead to 2026, I’m raising my first $1 million SAFE to fuel the next chapter, streamline and improve our manufacturing, and expand globally. 🚀 If you’re an investor who wants to support a female founder-led, product-obsessed company with real traction and big vision, let’s talk! So grateful. So excited. And just getting started. 💫 Shout out to my incredible team: Elizabeth Ingold Emily Nishi Katarina Meze Sou Fakhouri Omar Sabri Kathryn Barlow Carrie Kelley Noura Khammatit Amr Nour Melissa Batchelor, MBA

We have announced our partnership with Ulta Beauty, the largest beauty retailer in the United States. It has been eight months in the making (but years of dreaming, let's be honest), and I'm so proud and excited for this next chapter for PAUME. I'm grateful to my team who made this happen, and to the buying team at Ulta Beauty who have shown so much faith in our brand. Now the real work begins!

Melissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisA couple weeks ago we brought fine fragrance to the world with the launched of the STRIKE. Stepping into this category has been a long-awaited dream since I joined the brand, It was always our north star and we knew we had to show up differently. Beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with Because of Marketing about how we brought this vision to life.. from the intention behind our packaging to working with the brilliant Raymond Meier. Honored to be featured and even more proud of what our incredible team created together. Erin Kleinberg Camille Duncan Jaimie Lee Ifrah Alex Assaraf Melissa Batchelor, MBA

Melissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisMelissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisThere's a particular kind of pride that comes from watching an idea you helped shape stand on a stage and get recognized. Today, that idea is Sidia and it just won an Allure Best of Beauty 2026 award. https://lnkd.in/gYQK6XdH I don't say this lightly: Erin Kleinberg is one of the true visionaries of our industry right now. What she's built with Sidia isn't just a body care and fragrance line. It's a tribute to her grandmother, to the idea that self-care can be an act of dignity rather than indulgence, and to the belief that a product can carry memory the same way it carries scent. She took grief and turned it into ritual, and she did it with a clarity of vision that most brands spend a decade trying to find. Being part of that journey, even in a small way, is the reason I do what I do. Product development is not glamorous most days. It's iteration, reformulation, spec sheets, stability testing, more iteration. It's a hundred quiet decisions nobody outside a lab will ever see. And then every so often you watch all of that quiet, invisible work turn into something that stands in front of the world and gets named one of the best in beauty. That's the moment that gets me every time. Not the award itself, but the reminder of what it represents: an idea, once fragile and untested, made real. A founder's instinct, validated. A team's belief, justified. To Erin and everyone at Sidia congratulations. Getting to support work this meaningful is something I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Melissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisMelissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisStrange, LinkedIn seems to have removed the function to post alongsode an update to your job 🤔 . But I want to give a shout out to some incredible leaders who have supported me over here Knix. Shameless, self-promotion, but here we go... I'm am so incredible excited to share that I've been promoted to Senior Director, Growth & Retention 🥹. I am so excited for this new chapter. I've spent my entire career focusing on customer retention. And now, having learned so much more about growth over the past year, I am excited to continue to scale our performance at Knix. If I can be vulnerable for a moment, there's always been a new vs repeat lane in every company I've worked for and as I've come to learn, retention begins AT acquisition. Partnering so closely with our growth team over the past 12M has allowed us to improve performance in paid and owned channels TOGETHER. I am so grateful to the leadership team at Knix (Nicole Tapscott, Cyntia Leo, Hakim Garuba, Daniel Sinniah, Joanna Griffiths, Jennifer Maccarone and so many more) for seeing potential and hustle in me and encouraging me to take on this opportunity. And also... shout out me (lol). It's curiosity, creative problem solving, active listening and probably that whole being an eldest daughter thing that pushed me into expanding my scope here. I am so appreciative for this opportunity.

Melissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisMelissa Batchelor, MBA liked thisSIDIA has officially launched in Sephora Canada and is now available in 50 stores nationwide. When I started working with Erin Kleinberg, launching in Sephora was one of those goals we were always working toward. To see our products on Sephora shelves now feels incredibly surreal, and it's a reminder of how much work has gone into building this brand. SIDIA is approaching fragrance in a different way, and watching people connect with our products, our storytelling, and our vision has been so rewarding. I'm incredibly proud to work alongside such a driven team. A huge thank you as well to the Sephora Canada team for believing in SIDIA and helping make this milestone possible. So excited for everything that's ahead. Alex Assaraf Michelle Siman Melissa Batchelor, MBA Camille Duncan Kristyn Truong Alysia James

After 25+ years in retail and consumer goods, I’ve seen the industry evolve—but this year’s holiday outlook feels different. Canadians are spending with intention, choosing local and embracing digital convenience. Yet, the desire for in-store experiences and personal connection remains strong. Our 2025 Canadian holiday outlook dives into these shifts—and what they mean for retailers looking to stay ahead.
