So let me get this straight...there is no Timebroker. The missions we thought came from him were actually sent by you people.
Timebreaker
Correct.
And the damaged realities we fix were actually broken by you in the first place?
Timebreaker
Correct.
And now one of the super-people you kidnapped to clean up your mess has turned the tables...and I am supposed to save you from him?
Timebreaker
Er...ah...correct. I...ah...I believe the appropriate expression is..."sorry"...?[1]

Level of Technology
Advanced. They discovered the Panoptichron and learned how to use it to travel to and oversee other realities. However, they did not completely understand the technology and accidentally broke the Multiverse.[3] If forced to, they could weaponize the Panoptichron by intentionally destablizing the Multiverse and causing universes to collide.[1] After the equipment in the Panoptichron Observatory was damaged, they began repairing it but admitted that they were guessing as they did not create it.[4]
Notes
- The name "Timebreakers" came from the Celestials, who apparently knew that these beings were the ones behind the broken realities. The Celestials had telepathetically warned Blink that she and the Exiles were being tricked when she encountered them on one of her missions; after learning the truth, she recounted the word "Timebreaker" from the Celestials and Hyperion thought it was a perfect name.[5][3]
