With the current spam wave on (mostly) Super User, Mathematics.SE and Travel.SE I frequently encounter a situation in the First Questions review queue that I need to wait five seconds before casting a spam flag. Because one of the purposes of the review queues is to cast flags when necessary, can that limit (and the three-second limit for opening the flag dialog) be removed? The chances of abuse are rather limited as you need to have 500/350 reputation to access the review queues and only a very select group of posts end up there.
