My puzzle enthusiast friend, who travels around the world whenever they can, recently sent me a puzzle (knowing very well I enjoy solving puzzles as well).

Hey friend! Today I'm visiting a country which I know you are fond of (one of many other countries I know you like). I decided to make a little puzzle for you, to see if you can figure out where I am :)

This puzzle represents the game - Tower of Hanoi with 4 discs.

However there is more...

The game is solved, so lets take the optimal order of moves (as hinted by the title), beginning with the first and label them A to P:

Then matching the diagrams in the puzzle spells out 'HANOI'!!
