Our team had a great time at #Groceryshop2026 last week. From the show floor, hear from Mike Goldblatt, VP of Enterprise Partnerships, as he shares what’s new in grocery at DoorDash, including our new partnership with Costco, our growing network of SNAP-accepting grocers, and more.
About us
At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly and always learn and reiterate to support merchants, Dashers and the communities we serve. We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods. DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. Our leaders seek the truth and welcome big, hairy, audacious questions. We are grounded in our company values, and we make intentional decisions that are both logical and display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to Merchants to Customers.

Hunger Action Month ended this week, but the work doesn’t. People who volunteer and work for organizations like San Francisco-Marin Food Bank are leading the fight against hunger and help so many in their communities. At DoorDash, we’re happy to play a small part in carrying their work the last mile. Through our 300+ Project DASH partners, DoorDash has delivered over 150 million charitable meals across the United States and Canada. It’s a milestone we’re proud of, but it’s a reminder of how significant the need is. This fight can’t be won alone, and we’re ready to partner with anyone who will help us expand food access. It takes food banks, volunteers, Dashers, and neighbors showing up for each other long after September ends, and we’ll keep showing up alongside them. Ending hunger won’t happen overnight, but together, it can be done.

We’re building in India. This week, we inaugurated DoorDash’s first Talent Hub in India, in Hyderabad, an important milestone as we continue to invest in the teams and talent powering our global business. We were honored to mark the occasion alongside Sridhar Babu Duddilla, Minister for IT, E&C, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, and Sai Krishna 🇮🇳, IT Advisor to the Government of Telangana, alongside Ravi Inukonda, CFO at DoorDash, and Jenna Kohnke, Senior Director, Global Workforce Strategy & Talent Acquisition. Hyderabad is home to incredible talent, and we’re excited to grow our presence here. Over time, the Talent Hub has the potential to grow to more than 3,000 roles across teams that will help shape how DoorDash operates and grows globally, supporting better experiences for consumers, merchants, and Dashers across the geographies we serve. A huge thank you to the Government of Telangana and the Hyderabad community for the warm welcome. We’re just getting started. 🚀

DoorDash reposted this
Today, I inaugurated DoorDash’s first India talent hub in Hyderabad, a significant addition to our city’s growing hyperlocal digital commerce ecosystem. DoorDash is one of the world’s top three and the leading player in the U.S., with over 65% U.S. market share, operating across 40+ countries and recording more than $100 billion in Marketplace Gross Order Value in 2025. Hyderabad will also be one of only three owned DoorDash Customer Experience and Integrity hubs globally, alongside Tempe, Arizona, and Mexico City. The Hyderabad hub is expected to grow to 3,000+ professionals, with teams here supporting DoorDash’s global operations and serving more than 56 million monthly active consumers across markets representing a combined population of over 1 billion people. This is the kind of global work we want Hyderabad to attract. Work that is not only delivered from Hyderabad, but built here, operated here and scaled from here to the world. DoorDash joins a growing digital commerce ecosystem in Hyderabad that includes global and homegrown platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, FedEx, Zomato, Uber and Swiggy. For Telangana, every such investment strengthens our larger ambition: to make Hyderabad a place where the world’s most ambitious digital businesses can find the talent, technology and ecosystem to build their next phase of growth. Access to healthy groceries shouldn't depend on how far you can travel. Yet people who use SNAP/EBT on DoorDash are twice as likely to live in a food desert. Our third annual SNAP/EBT research report shows what changes when that barrier is removed. People are able to get the foods they need, eat healthier, and save time for what matters most. 4.5M+ consumers have added a SNAP/EBT card, and nearly 75,000 stores now accept it. This Hunger Action Month, we're breaking down what that access means for households nationwide. Check out the full report: https://lnkd.in/ec-SnVvb

Tomorrow is National Coffee Day, and DoorDash is marking the occasion with its Top Local Coffee Shops list for 2026, spotlighting the standout small and independent coffee shops customers have been loving most. Coffee had a standout year on DoorDash in 2025: more than 80 million orders placed. The most popular ordering time was 9am, the most popular day was Friday, and the single busiest day of the year saw nearly 280,000 coffee orders. These are the shops powering those moments. From Portland Coffee Roasters in Oregon to Bobo's Cafe in New York, the full list spans neighborhood favorites across the country, all with fewer than 10 locations and some of the highest customer ratings on the platform. Find one near you in the comments.
