Chief among these issues was the task of earning a seat at the executive table. We heard from marketing leaders that the best way to gain the respect of the CEO and be seen as a leader in the organization is to be a positive transformative force within the enterprise—no easy task, particularly in large companies.
The first step toward assuming the role of a transformational agent of change is to spark new ideas.
