The Direct Ask Most deal analyzers give you projected cash flow. Lenders don't underwrite projected cash flow. They use 75% of market rent. They require 6 months of reserves. They appraise the property — often below your ARV. And if your numbers don't hold up under those conditions, the deal dies at the desk. ValoraFlow shows you that reality before you make the offer. We're selecting the first beta cohort. 10 to 15 investors only. What beta members get access to: → Analyze any property across 5 loan structures simultaneously → See current rent, market rent, and lender-qualified rent side by side → Run vacancy, rate hike, and repair stress tests across all structures → Model the full BRRRR lifecycle through refinance viability → See true cash-to-close — including lender-required reserves → Visualize how your capital compounds across 5 sequential deals Not just an analyzer. A strategic decision engine — built for investors thinking beyond one property. Want to see it first? Try the demo → [link in comments ] Beta members shape what gets built. When we go live, your access token is waiting. Only 10 to 15 spots. After that, the door closes until launch. The market for B2B sales tools is full of AI features that look impressive in a demo and don't change Monday morning. The ones that do are boring to describe and transformative to use. They remove a step that used to take 45 minutes. They make sure a trigger doesn't get missed because a rep was busy. They turn "we should probably follow up on that" into a task that already exists in the CRM. That's the version of AI worth paying attention to. We've been building toward this at Firmable for a while. AI agents that monitor the market for buying signals - leadership changes, funding rounds, hiring spikes, etc - and push them into your CRM automatically when they fire. Not a dashboard to check. Not another tab to open. But a task in HubSpot or Salesforce that says: this happened, here's the context, here's who to call. The sales teams that figure out this kind of AI first won't just be more efficient. They'll be having conversations their competitors don't even know they should be having. That gap will be obvious within 12 months. I'd start closing it now. #aisalesintelligence

If you reply to a prospect in under 1 min, the chance of closing a deal goes up by 391%. And the new RevReply + Woodpecker.co integration helps you handle your replies quickly: ✅ Woodpecker makes sure your personalized cold email sequences get delivered to primary inboxes ✅ RevReply acts as your inbox manager that helps you with speedy replies, so you can close deals when your prospect is still in a buying mindset 👉 Benefits of the integration: - Faster response times → higher conversion rates - Automated handling of responses frees up your team’s time - Helps you scale - close more deals quicker - The prospect’s experience with your company is great from the start 👉 How the integration works When you start getting replies from your cold email campaign sent with Woodpecker, RevReply steps in to help you manage them quickly: 1️⃣ You type in your company domain and RevReply auto-generates information about your company that can be then used in the auto-generated replies. For example, when I typed in ‘woodpecker. co’, some of the info I got included: - unique selling proposition - specific objections and counter-arguments - social proof - typical buying triggers - meeting CTA suggestions 2️⃣ RevReply scans your calendar constantly to: - match your availability in emails - stop follow-ups when a meeting is booked - generate new meetings when a prospect asks to reschedule (You can also connect multiple calendars if more people need to join the call) 3️⃣ You specify how you want the responses to be managed: ✅ Use specific trigger phrases for auto-responses RevReply is going to scan and reply only to emails that include the trigger word or phrase. ✅ Get notified on Slack when a new reply comes in Send different types of messages to different Slack channels based on the Response Sentiment. (You can choose the ‘Full auto’ or ‘Human in the loop’ option, and tag a Slack user so they see the message right away) The Slack message includes the prospect’s reply and a drafted response generated by RevReply. You can then: - edit the message or generate a new version (and give it instructions like ‘add this piece of information, add other meeting times, be funnier’) - go to ‘Thread’ and it will take you straight to Woodpecker - train RevReply - edit the auto-generated email into a better version and give a thumbs up (RevReply will apply these learnings) - forward it to someone’s email ✅ Set up follow-ups for when you don’t get a response back ✅ RevReply can also help you manage the ‘No, thanks’ messages (You can get additional conversions when you reply to them – might be especially worth it if your deal size is substantial) ✅ Automatically CC other people in your responses, or BCC to your CRM (You can CC all or some kinds of replies - for example, only positive, negative or meeting requests) 👉 What you need to start using the integration: - the Integrations add-on in Woodpecker ($20/mo) - any RevReply plan

Let’s not overcomplicate outbound. Step 1. Find your ideal customer Step 2. Do some research Step 3. Call them w/ a POV, email or LI them with the same POV Step 4. Book the meeting or update CRM with notes Step 5. Learn from your mistakes Now do that over and over again and you will book some meetings.

I’ve helped dozens of AEs and SDRs transition into SE/SC roles. There’s no doubt that you can earn a lot as an AE. AEs can make $1,000,000+ in a good year - a very lucrative career path. But the reality is most AEs don’t get there. It takes exceptional skill, timing, and a bit of luck to perform at that tier consistently. (I personally would be a terrible AE 😅) That’s why many folks choose to pivot into Sales Engineering - where the earning potential is still strong, but far more consistent. That’s what the data in the image shows: AEs: 36% SEs: 74% (Same company, similar OTEs) As an SE, you don’t always have the extreme upside that your AE counterpart will, but your income is more stable. (*there are some companies that pay SEs similar to AEs, with SEs able to clear $1M+ in a great year, though this is more of the exception than the rule) As an SE, there’s also less pressure to hit quota, quarter after quarter. The roles are different, with different responsibilities and varying degrees of risk (and upside). Both paths can provide tremendous opportunities, depending on your strengths and the type of work you enjoy. Hope this provides some perspective for those who are considering SE or AE career paths.

Ask any AE how their top deal is going and you'll get a confident answer. Ask them to prove it and you'll get silence. That gap between confidence and evidence is where pipeline reviews break down. Managers hear updates built on memory and optimism. Deals that need intervention don't surface until it's too late. We built Deal Review in Brevian to close that gap. Deal Review automatically synthesizes meeting conversations, MEDDPICC data, CRM activity, and stakeholder engagement into a structured assessment of every deal. Three things that make it different: - Every signal traces back to something actually said, measured, or observed - Five pipeline signals (Champion, Risk, Buyer Urgency, Velocity, Qualification) roll up into a composite Attention Level that tells you which deals need intervention today - The analysis adapts to deal stage, so a closing call isn't evaluated the same as a discovery call Full breakdown: https://lnkd.in/gmfjU-_u #salesintelligence #AI #B2Bsales #pipelinemanagement

For most salespeople, the scariest thing you can do is let a prospect talk to your customers unsupervised. We do it every time. We don't have a prep call and we for SURE don't hand a customer a script. No "let's make sure we pick the right reference." Instead it's - here's the list, go talk to whoever you want. This note came in after a Dallas visit 2 weeks ago. The part that got me wasn't anything about the product. It was that what stood out to them was how our customers talked about working with us. Weezie and System Beauty both gave up a real chunks of their day for a prospect trip. These are people with genuinely brutal calendars and they showed up and offered their time anyways. As a founder, this is it for me. Trust. That's the whole business. Sarah Hamer and I can build features forever, but if people don't believe in us, none of it matters. And the fact that our customers willingly spend hours with strangers because they genuinely trust us and believe in what we're doing? That's not a sales tactic. That's just what happens when you actually deliver. So, to the customers who believed in us early, before there was anyone for them to call, thank you. To those same customers who now willingly offer up a real chunk of their day to talk to our prospects, thank you. And to our RetailReady team for making an impression worth that call in the first place, thank you.

🔑 Not every great SDR becomes a great AE. And not every great SMB AE becomes a great Enterprise AE. Why? Because each role requires a completely different skillset: SDR → AE transition: Owning the pipeline, running demos, and closing deals. SMB AE → Enterprise AE transition: Account mapping, deep research, building business cases, and managing multi-threaded, longer sales cycles. In many ways, you have to act like a co-founder within your own department. But here’s something I’ve noticed: Sometimes, a small business owner or founder develops these enterprise-level skills earlier because you’re forced to think strategically about partnerships, finances, and long-term sustainability from day one. I learned this first-hand. Running my own business taught me more about negotiation, cash flow, and customer lifetime value than any sales ladder could have at that stage. 💡 It made me realize: career titles don’t always reflect readiness for the next level. Experience outside the ladder can sometimes prepare you better for complex roles. 👉 Curious to hear: For those who’ve taken non-traditional paths (founders, freelancers, consultants) did it help you transition into bigger sales roles faster? #Sales #AccountExecutive #SalesCareers #B2BSales #GrowthMindset

You can predict 90% of a rep’s future performance from one interview question. Not experience. Not resume polish. One question that exposes how they handle pressure, ownership, and effort. It’s wild how consistent the pattern is across SMB sales teams. Ask a rep, “Are you competitive?” They’ll say yes. Ask, “Do you work hard?” Yes again. These questions measure nothing. Instead, ask: Think of a few times where you had to push harder than anyone around you. What were those situations, and what did you do? You’re looking for: - How fast they retrieve examples - Whether the stakes felt real - Whether they take ownership - Whether they learned anything from it We broke down the exact interview framework for finding the best SMB sellers in the ultimate guide for vertical SaaS sales leaders. Comment “rep” below and I’ll share the full guide 👇 Always satisfying when chaos turns into something predictable.
