PAR stories do three jobs: • Name the problem clearly • Show the action you took • End with a result that proves impact Weak: I led a team through a major change. Stronger: Our sales process was slowing deals and confusing reps. I rebuilt the workflow, trained the team, and cut handoff delays so reps could move faster and stay focused on closing. Same background. Different memory. The second version gives the interviewer something to hold onto. It sounds like a solution, not a biography.
