Lindsey Katalan shared thisI’ll be speaking at Pavilion's Women's Summit on September 28 in NYC. My session: "Boardroom-Ready, AI-Era Sales Orgs: How Women GTM Leaders Protect Performance and People." 4:30 ET. The AI shift is rewriting how sales orgs run. The leaders who get it right protect two things at once: the number and the people hitting it. That's what we'll get into. Lindsey Katalan shared thisTook to the stage in Austin with Keith A. Reynolds and Eitan Saban to discuss how Gong's AI has changed the way we aggregate data across complex and lengthy deal cycles at Twilio Segment. CELEBRATE '25 was an insightful conference all around. Oh, and if you've been following along with my speaking engagements, I'll have you know that this time I opted for 4.5 inch heels (only) at a more pleasant time of 11 am. Perfectly acceptable heel height-to-hour ratio if you ask me.Lindsey Katalan shared thisSELLERS, STACKS, AND STRATEGY – OH MY 💥 Yesterday at Celebrate ’25, our breakout tracks dove into what it really takes to win in today’s market: From pipeline growth to rep productivity… To how to turn your tech stack into a true growth engine, reducing complexity and unlocking its full potential with Gong at the center. Huge thanks to the incredible leaders who shared their wisdom: 🙌 Lindsey Katalan, RVP Enterprise Sales @ Twilio 🙌 Keith A. Reynolds, GM Professional Services and Sales @ Wayfair 🙌 Eitan Saban, VP of Sales @ PayPal 🙌 Alexa Grabell, CEO @ Pocus 🙌 Oscar Canon, Sr. Revenue Intelligence Leader @ Cisco 🙌 Erika Morris, Ops Tools Lead @ Sprout Social, Inc. 🔥 Several tracks. Lindsey Katalan liked thisLindsey Katalan liked thisThanks Pavilion for inviting us to particpate in this year's Women's Summit! WISE brought together Katie Daggett, Tamar Martirosyan, and Lindsey Katalan for an honest conversation about how GTM leaders protect performance and their people, especially as AI changes how teams work and what businesses expect from them. A few ideas that stayed with us: ✨ AI shouldn’t simply become a reason to ask people to do more. It should challenge us to rethink how work gets done, what no longer serves the team, and where people can have the greatest impact. ✨ Technology alone doesn’t create transformation. Leaders do this by creating clarity, building trust, and making the hard calls thoughtfully. ✨ There is no single playbook for leading through change. It requires the flexibility to challenge your own assumptions, listen to your team, and keep evolving.

Also loved being part of the conversation with Katie Capuzzo, Katie Daggett and Lindsey Katalan around how GTM leaders can protect both performance and people. Grateful for the women who shared their stories, lessons, and a lot of wisdom!! And today we’re at GTM! If you’re around, come say hi at the Airspeed booth (#38)! Would love to see you. 🚀

Lindsey Katalan liked thisLindsey Katalan liked thisGrateful and honored to share I’ve been promoted to Partner at GTMfund. Life is short, and there are 1,440 minutes in every day. Too short to spend working on things you don’t feel insanely passionate about. For me, there's no greater privilege than getting to: - Support innovation at the earliest stage. - Democratize access to the resources that change the trajectory of people's companies, careers and lives. - Connect people in ways that lead to outsized impact. At GTMfund, we get to do all three of the above, every day. Max Altschuler and Paul Irving - thank you for the trust from the very beginning. There's not a day that I don't wake up and feel incredibly grateful to build together. They say time flies when you're having fun, and the past three years have flown by in the best way - thanks to you, and what we're building together. Jason Demant - thank you for being such a collaborative partner. You've leveled up network/community (and much more) already, and I’m excited to continue building this out together. Yoon Li, Casey Van Maanen, Vaibhavi Nesarikar, CPA, Joan Mirano - there's no team that works as passionately and tirelessly. People often ask how we execute on everything that we do. For all the world class processes we have, it ultimately comes down to the people - it comes down to all of the hard work. Grateful to build alongside you - and constantly inspired by you. There are some things that you simply know when you know. All the quantitative measures in the world can't solve for this qualitative one: Do you have the magic? As a team. And I'm so insanely grateful that we have the magic. The past three years have been some of the most enriching ones ever. I'm so proud of what we've built, and continue to build. To our founders - thank you for allowing us to be partners and part of your journey. It’s an honor, and we are all in with you. To our investors - thank you for your trust, belief, and support. I’m constantly blown away by the caliber of this community. I love what we're building, who we're building for, how we're building, and who we're building with. Now, let's keep building. Picture from last year's AGM, since the 2026 one is taking place one month from today, to the exact day (and it's going to be a TIME!!)

The best reps are obsessed with the risk in their deal vs. obsessed with how to convince someone to buy. Spend this weekend looking at your top deals for this quarter and make a list of the 3 biggest risks in each one. Your action plan next week is to address those risks. Do that consistently and you'll see your deals accelerate and your customers lean in with you.

💡 Quick tip for SDRs & AEs: Stop collecting leads only to get stuck in data entry. Instead, push prospects straight into your CRM, update records on-the-fly, and keep your outreach flowing. With LeadLx, adding or updating contacts in HubSpot is just one click. Ready to let the leads move into your pipeline, not your to-do list? 👉 Discover how at leadlx.com

The True Cost of “Just One More Rep” Most organizations underestimate the real cost of a sales hire. Fully loaded, a mid-market or enterprise rep often costs $225K–$300K per year, once you include compensation, benefits, tools, enablement, and management overhead. For a single additional sales rep!!! Add 6–9 months of ramp time, performance variability, and attrition risk, and year-one productivity is rarely optimal. Now compare that to a productive partner who already has: 👉 Customer relationships 👉 Buyer context 👉 Sales capacity you don’t pay for The economics are fundamentally different.

If your solution is to hire more SDRs, PAUSE! More headcount does not fix inefficient prospecting. It amplifies wasted OPEX. The fastest way to improve revenue performance is to: 1. Clarify ICP precision 2. Eliminate low intent targeting 3. Optimize outreach sequencing 4. Audit conversion gaps Recovering 30 to 40% of wasted sales spend is often possible without increasing budget. Are you optimizing activity or optimizing efficiency? Let’s discuss. 👉https://expertstoneai.com/ #SalesStrategy #B2BGrowth #RevenueAcceleration #SalesAudit #OPEXOptimization #LeadGeneration #BusinessEfficiency #PipelineGrowth #SalesOps #GuideStoneAIGroup
