This weekend, my brother, Quentin Riser, and I had the privilege of speaking at the Madison Police Department Black Youth Academy 2026 Graduation in Madison and at the Juneteenth Celebration in Ames, where we also enjoyed story time with some of the youngest members of the community. We’re always grateful for opportunities to encourage young people to dream big, invest in themselves, and recognize the power they have to shape their own futures. A special thank you to the Madison Police Department, and to the Ames NAACP Branch, Ames Public Library, and Northwest Bank for the invitation and for your commitment to investing in young people and strengthening your communities. It was an honor to be part of both events.

The answer: great, hardworking, loyal people; technology and asset investments; and precision operations. I just got back from our Atlanta HQ, and I got a chance to do something most workers will never do in their lives. I got the opportunity within 15 miles of our HQ to visit 4 facilities where I could experience the global, complexity and scale of UPS precision Operations. The program is called Operations Exposure Program. A few of my observations: 1. The quality, loyalty, industriousness, and dedication of UPS Employees is unrivaled anywhere (and I have worked for some great companies)! 2. How UPS has designed precision Operations into such a large, complex, global network is without match. 3. Our Package Car drivers truly are the face of UPS to our customers. I got the opportunity to ride along with Marc and his customers knew him by name and they "loved" him. 4. Our investments in innovation and technology is unequaled in the industry. 5.
