See projectWe stand for healthy masculinity being a core driver for the modern-day male leader. Our entire focus is on the business value of creating a full partnership between women and men. Traditional diversity approaches have focused on equity (actions and treatment of others) and equality (equal rights, treatment, etc.). Partnership goes beyond equity and equality to create powerful synergies by leveraging the differing competencies of men and women.

The chat 🔥lit up🔥 this week during a live webinar when I shared this tip >> a shared agenda. When co-facilitating “Three Techniques to Revive Your 1:1s” with Carmen McLean, we shared the following ➡️ Plan, Connect, Reinforce. During the “Plan” section, Carmen shared tips on how to: 🔸Determine wants 🔸Agree on 1:1 cadence 🔸Confirm the agenda 🔸Add standing topics 🔸Identify topics for meetings When we unpacked these further to describe “What Good Looks Like,” or at least what works for us, I shared that for each of my team members, I have a shared working document where we populate the agenda throughout the week. It’s simple. But it changes everything. Because that document becomes: 📝 Our organizing tool 🧠 Our thinking space 📈 Our accountability tracker 👟 Our record of next steps If you want your 1:1s to feel more meaningful and productive, I created a simple template you can use. The format ensures: 🔸Personal check-ins don’t get skipped 🔸Task alignment is clear 🔸Next steps are assigned 🔸And both success + engagement are visible Grab it and let me know if it helps!
