Steve Orosco shared thisSUP IG - VOLUME #7 - TITAN 2.0 Round 2 🥊 conversation with my man Mike O’Hearn centered around “common sense” politics and a divided 2020 AMERICA 🇺🇸. As time goes by, our understanding of what makes a great leader evolves. New performance management trends develop and our understanding of human motivation advances. Sometimes it’s worth going back to the basics and looking to nature in order to see what we can learn from it. When it comes to dominating our industry, inspiring our teams, and raising our children to be future leaders what can we learn from animals — specifically, WOLVES 🐺? Wolves are complex, highly intelligent animals who are caring, playful, and above all devoted to their family. Only a select few other species exhibit these traits so clearly. Just like elephants, gorillas and dolphins, wolves educate their young, take care of their injured and live in family groups with loyalty that are second to none. IG @steveorosco

Steve Orosco shared thisSUP IG - Volume #6 - ICEMAN @chuckliddell aka “The ICEMAN...” was on set today on August 6th @5pm EST. I had the opportunity to feature the man who I personally believe is one of the greatest fighters to ever step into the Octagon - @chuckliddell. You will NOT find a better all around resume than the one that this legend has put together and please go check out IG @steveorosco in order to find out exactly why. #supIG #smasheverything #chuckliddell #ufc 📷 @noyoweb

Steve Orosco shared thisSUP IG - Volume #5- FABER. Cinco De Mayo @ 4pm EST I will be back with Volume #5 on @instagram LIVE with someone I consider an “THE” pioneer of the “new era” in MMA. Before sub-155lbs divisions you had bantamweights who had no choice but to fight weight classes above their natural weight in order to compete. One of those fighters who I consider the first “superstar” of the sub-155lbs divisions not only put those weight classes on the map, but also made Wrestling for MMA cool... UFC Hall Of Famer 👉🏽 “THE CALI KID” - @urijahfaber. The world of MMA knows “Cali Kid” the athlete, but not many know the humble savage, entrepreneur and family man behind the Alpha-Male persona. #smasheverything 📷 @noyoweb

Steve Orosco shared thisSUP IG - Volume #4- SHAMROCK. Today - 4/16 @ 8pm EST I will be hitting @instagram LIVE with an absolute pioneer and legend of MMA 👉🏽 UFC Hall of Famer - Ken Shamrock. Before rules, weight classes and sanctioning bodies their were absolute savages who built the sport of MMA on nothing but sheer PRIDE. Can’t wait to catch up with this legend tonight on IG LIVE. #smasheverything 📷 @noyoweb

Steve Orosco shared thisCheck out my IGTV - @steveorosco for VOLUME #3. @shanemosley represents a very small % of fighters who not only made it to the Hall of Fame, but also transitioned successfully into his post-fight life. The world knows Sugar 🥊, but not many know the HUMBLE man behind the fighting mask... Shane 🤴🏾. I’m really looking forward to having a conversation with my man about boxing past present and future, mindset then and now, life after fighting and of course FAMILY. #smasheverything 📷 @noyoweb

Steve Orosco shared thisSUP IG - Volume #2 - TITAN. As I mentioned ... I will be going LIVE @instagram with some of the best to ever do it in their respective industries. Im really looking forward to the next ICON on the list @mikeohearn who represents a very small % of individuals in the largest industry on the planet. He has been able to capitalize on his lifelong passion for fitness as a platform into entrepreneurial success. Please tune tomorrow at 3pm EST @steveorosco as I do a Q&A with the TITAN. I have the opportunity to train, learn and level-up with this monster during our 4am #morningwolves 🐺 each and every time I’m back in LA. #smasheverything 📷 @noyoweb

Steve Orosco shared thisSUP IG !!! Starting on Monday 4/6, I will be going @instagram LIVE with some of the best to ever do it. Im really looking forward to the debut featuring my man @arod who represents a small percentage of elite athletes who have made the transition from the field of play to entrepreneurship. Please tune in at 7pm EST as I do a Q&A with one of the best to ever make that transition. I have had the opportunity to have a few dinners with Alex and was pleasantly surprised at not only his knowledge of business, but also his level of humbleness. As a die-hard Red Sox fan I will do my best to try and push the greatest sports rivarly aside, lol. IG @steveorosco SHARE SHARE SHARE !!! #smasheverything 📷 @noyoweb

This isn't early-stage enthusiasm anymore; it's institutional consolidation in motion. When one year captures a quarter of five years' total investment, you're not looking at growth. You're looking at a market about to get a lot smaller at the top. The companies building the infrastructure, not chasing the highlight, are the ones who'll still be standing when the dust settles. #SportsTech #SportsBusiness #VentureCapital #AI #SportsInvestment #Consolidation #sports #comunicanosports Jason I. Steve Orosco liked thisSteve Orosco liked thisAt SJS Enterprises Holdings and HyperBridge Capital, our mission is to connect exceptional founders with strategic capital, accelerate transformative innovation, and help build businesses capable of creating enduring global impact. At HyperBridge Capital, we believe value is created where innovation, capital, and storytelling intersect. In addition to our investment activities, HyperBridge Capital operates as a full-service production company developing original intellectual property (IP) and producing films, television series, branded entertainment, and advertising campaigns. We believe compelling stories are among the world’s most valuable assets—capable of shaping culture, accelerating innovation, strengthening brands, and creating long-term enterprise value. The greatest investments are rarely defined solely by financial returns. They begin with investing in exceptional people. In character. In integrity. In innovation. In vision. The most meaningful opportunities seldom begin with a transaction. They begin with trusted relationships, shared values, aligned incentives, and a commitment to building something that lasts. If you’re building breakthrough technology, creating meaningful intellectual property, producing world-class entertainment, scaling an exceptional company, or seeking strategic long-term partners, we welcome the opportunity to connect. The future won’t be built by those who remain confined to a single industry. It will be built by those willing to bridge disciplines, connect extraordinary people, and create value that endures for generations. The best partnerships don’t chase the future. They help build it. — Scott Snyder President, SJS Enterprises Holdings

Steve Orosco liked thisSteve Orosco liked thisThere are moments in your career when you have the opportunity to help build something that doesn't already exist. That's exactly what makes Cinematic's FUTURE PLAY so exciting. We're not simply producing another esports tournament or gaming convention. We're pioneering a new kind of live experience—one that brings together competitive gaming, music, technology, creators, immersive activations, and brand storytelling into a single destination designed for the next generation. Building something new is never easy. It requires vision, collaboration, and partners who believe in creating experiences rather than following existing playbooks. Every conversation with a prospective sponsor, agency, technology company, and gaming brand reinforces that the industry is ready for a platform that pushes beyond traditional event models. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been connecting with organizations such as National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC), Garden State Esports (GSE), and Cxmmunity Media, that share our vision. Together, we're creating opportunities for brands to engage audiences through meaningful experiences instead of passive advertising—turning fans into participants and participants into advocates. As we continue building toward October 2–4, 2026, I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has contributed their ideas, expertise, introductions, and belief in what Future Play can become. This is more than an event. It's the beginning of a new chapter for experiential entertainment, esports, and brand engagement. If your organization is looking to help shape the future of gaming, technology, and live entertainment, I'd love to start the conversation. Let's build something people will remember. #FuturePlay #Esports #Gaming #ExperientialMarketing #BrandPartnerships

Steve Orosco liked thisSteve Orosco liked thisOver the past few weeks, I’ve noticed something interesting. I’ve been getting profile views from a number of universities—both in the U.S. and internationally. My assumption is that people are trying to understand a framework I’ve been writing about: Structured Cultural Assets. At its core, it’s a capital markets question: If entertainment generates persistent global cashflows, why hasn’t it been structured in a way that institutional investors can consistently underwrite? I’ve been exploring this through writing, but it’s a topic that is often better discussed in a classroom or seminar setting. If you’re a faculty member, student group, or program that thinks this would be useful for students exploring: • capital markets • alternative assets • private equity • media economics I’d be glad to come in and walk through the framework as a guest lecture. Happy to do this in person (NYC) or virtually. Sometimes these ideas are easier to evaluate through discussion than through posts. #CapitalMarkets #AlternativeInvestments #PrivateMarkets #InstitutionalInvesting #MediaEconomics
