The PGA of America and Twilio are playing the long game with a partnership that will unlock incredible new experiences for the 30,000 PGA of America Golf Professionals. Imagine a coach sending a personalized swing analysis and practice plan directly to a golfer exactly when they need it. That’s one of the many new golfer and fan experiences that will come to life. With today’s announcement, Twilio will be unifying contextual data and personalizing every communication touchpoint. And as for the short game, I’m looking forward to hosting PGA of America CTO Kevin J. Scott at SIGNAL San Francisco in May to dive deeper into how they’re building a bespoke CRM and lifecycle platform in partnership with Twilio.

Thomas Wyatt posted thisTwilio just wrapped its FY and Q4’25 earnings. While $5.1 billion in revenue (up 14% YoY 🚀) is a significant milestone, the real headline is how we are deepening our strategic relationships with our customers. In 2025 we laid the foundation for our customers to build their AI future on the Twilio platform and now they are innovating in inspiring ways. A few standout examples of this innovation in action: Sierra, a leader in customer experience, signed a new deal to continue leveraging Twilio's Voice functionality to power their platform. Ramp, a leading financial operations company, is leveraging RCS to power branded account notifications and two-way capabilities for things like adding a purchase reason or sending a receipt. Italian systems integrator Exelab and DentalPro deployed our Agent Productivity solution powered by Flex, Messaging, and Voice to handle booking confirmations via AI Agents. In the first two months, clinics using ConversationRelay for AI Agents reported a meaningful uplift in service, with the virtual agent handling a significant share of booking confirmations. We also signed deals with brands like Nestlé, Creditas, Grubhub, and more this past quarter, growing Twilio’s impact across the world’s leading brands. Our multi-year partnership is going to completely level up the fan experience across AEG’s sports and entertainment business, with Twilio tech powering Crypto.com Arena, the LA Kings, and AXS ticketing platform. They’ll use a suite of products to tap into the magic of our platform, increasing engagement before, during, and after events. Thomas Wyatt posted thisBig news: Twilio just posted a record-breaking Q3! We generated $1.3 billion in revenue with mid teens growth Y/Y. But what I really want to highlight is our incredible customers. Here are couple innovative customer use cases that we mentioned in our earnings call: 📱Genspark, which is using Twilio Voice to power their “call for me” function so their Super Agents can help make phone calls on a user's behalf. 🥳 Partiful, which implemented RCS, and has already scaled to sending millions of messages, powering branded experiences for event invitations and reminders. I’m so proud of the Twilio team for helping make these customer experiences possible. In addition we closed a nine-figure renewal deal, the largest deal in our company’s history. Extra shout out to our sales and services teams – they rocked it!! To our customers and partners, thanks for inspiring our innovation and constantly pushing us. We’ve officially moved past the “What is AI?” phase. The industry is now obsessing over one question: How do we scale AI to drive real revenue? I had the privilege of joining the GSA Open Gateway Summit for a fireside chat on delivering real-world results sharing the stage with Eddie DeCurtis and Adel Tamano. We moved past the theoretical and focused on the real-world results of Network APIs. My three big takeaways from the week: 🌐 We are now in year three of the Open Gateway initiative. The conversation has shifted to high-value use cases, and how we leverage carrier data to provide seamless, silent authentication. This is a game-changer for reducing friction in the user journey while killing fraud. 🤖 AI is everywhere this year, but the real winners are those building Agentic AI. For these agents to be effective, they need a trusted communication layer. At Twilio, we’re building the infrastructure that ensures an AI agent isn’t just smart, but also reachable and secure. ☎️ The power of the ecosystem lies in simplification. Our role as the aggregator means we take the complexity of global telecommunications and turn it into a single, elegant entry point for our developers. It was incredible to see the energy at the Twilio booth. The depth of conversations proves that the appetite for connected intelligence has never been higher. Barcelona, thank you for the inspiration.
