This is what's real in organizational leadership, today, more than ever. Take a look at this #UpLevelPodcast convo between my friends and colleagues who are willing to "go there" (publicly!!) with integrity, follow through, and STAY, for the highest good of UpLevel, Building Company Cultures teams and clients around the world. This is the way. This is the medicine. 👏🏼 #OrganizationalLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #Top10Podcast #Top4Podcast #CoachingCulture #ProgressNotPerfection
What does it actually take to merge two teams into one aligned partnership? Most teams don't struggle with vision; they struggle with follow-through. It's easy to get a group in a room and agree that communication should be clearer, that response times should be faster, and that everyone should feel more supported. It's much harder to turn that agreement into something specific enough to actually hold each other to. In today’s episode of The UpLevel Podcast, witness part two of our Designed Alliance conversation, our Brand Acceleration and Operations teams did the harder version. They talked about wanting better communication, and then they built it, line by line: what counts as an acceptable response time, how to flag something urgent without defaulting to text, and what it means to make a request someone can actually say yes to, no to, or counter offer. Our team also did something most teams skip entirely. They named their saboteurs out loud, the internal voices that show up under pressure and tell us we're not doing enough, and agreed to call each other out with love when those voices start running the show. This is the difference between a values statement and a working culture. One lives on a slide. The other gets tested every time an email goes unanswered. We would be so grateful if you shared this with your network, too. #UpLevelPodcast #Top10Podcast #Top4Podcast #CoachingCulture #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureOfWork
