Hello everyone. I'm Mike Lust and I'm very excited to introduce myself as Purity Life's new Chief Revenue Officer. I've spent more than 30 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, working across sales, revenue management and commercial strategy. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to lead customer teams at PepsiCo Foods and Beverage and most recently Wonder Brands. Much of my career has involved working with grocery retailers across Canada, including Loblaws, Pattison Food Group, and many independent and specialty retailers. I also had the opportunity to serve as Vendor Board Chair for the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers. These experiences have reinforced something I truly believe in. The best results come from strong relationships, open communication, and a shared focus on serving the customer. I know health food retailers play a unique role in their communities. Your customers value your product knowledge, your personal service, and the trust they have built with your teams. You are often introducing people to new brands, new products, and healthier choices. We want to make sure Purity Life is a strong partner in helping you do just. In my role at Purity Life, my focus will be on strengthening our national distribution platform across both grocery and Wellness. We want to make it easier for our vendors, retailers and brokers to work with us from ordering and delivering to product information, promotions and in store execution. I also want to make sure we're listening carefully to your experiences. In recent weeks, I've been traveling with members of our Purity Life sales team and meeting directly with retail partners, visiting your stores and hearing. Directly from you first hand has been extremely valuable. You've shared what's working well, where we need to improve, and where there may be opportunities to grow together. That feedback is helping us focus on the things that matter most to you and your customers. There's still work for us to do, but I'm encouraged by the opportunity ahead. We have a strong group of people, an excellent portfolio of brands and a growing national platform. Our goal is to earn your trust every day by being responsive, reliable, and easy to do business with. I'm looking forward to meeting many of you in person at the upcoming CHE Toronto show.
