Your associates are learning AI somewhere. Make sure it is on your terms. Clients will soon ask for your training regime, not your opinion. Train for judgment at machine speed. In 2025 the smartest firms are training, not panicking. 18% of this year’s predictions focus on education and skills. Law schools are weaving AI literacy, ethics, and hands-on labs into the curriculum, with librarians leading implementation. Leading firms are giving fee earners protected time to learn. Some now offer billable-hour relief for AI skill building. The emphasis is shifting from tool clicks to critical thinking, data hygiene, and risk judgment. Awards and formal programmes are emerging globally. New hybrid roles are arriving: Legal Data Analyst, AI Ethics Counsel, AI Trainer. Adaptability and problem solving are rising to the top of the skills stack. Wellbeing matters too, since smart AI use returns hours to people, not just matters. What to do now: ➡️ Set a structured AI learning path for each practice: literacy, core use cases, risk, measurement. ➡️ Appoint a practice AI lead with authority to set guardrails. ➡️ Reward learning with protected time or credit. ➡️ Map the roles you will need in 6 to 12 months. ➡️ Measure outcomes, not anecdotes: hours saved, quality uplift, matter velocity, client feedback. ➡️ Keep the human edge central: judgment, empathy, ethics. AI is an accelerator, not a substitute. With the right training, it becomes leverage for better work, healthier teams, and happier clients. Comment, Share and Follow.

Corporate Skill Development is rapidly evolving. Are you keeping up with the latest trends? I've had the privilege of training over 100,000 learners across a variety of industries, and through this experience, I’ve identified what really works in today’s fast-paced environment: 1. Microlearning:   - Short, focused sessions that fit easily into a busy schedule.     - These bite-sized lessons help learners retain information more effectively by focusing on one topic at a time, making it easier to absorb and apply new skills without overwhelming them. 2. Peer-to-Peer Learning:   - Leverage the knowledge already present within your teams.     - When employees share their expertise with one another, it not only enhances collaboration but also builds a stronger learning culture within the organization. It’s learning from those who truly understand the job and the specific challenges faced. 3. Gamification:   - Turn learning into an engaging, competitive experience.     - Adding elements like points, badges, or leaderboards can make learning more fun and interactive. This motivates participants to stay engaged and fosters a sense of achievement as they progress. 4. VR Simulations:   - Create immersive, risk-free environments for skill practice.     - Virtual Reality allows employees to practice real-world scenarios without the pressure or consequences of failure. Whether it’s for safety training or customer service skills, VR helps learners get hands-on experience in a controlled setting. 5. Personalized Learning Paths:   - Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.     - Every individual learns differently and has distinct goals. By providing customized learning journeys, you can ensure that each person is acquiring the skills most relevant to their role and career development. The key to success? Consistency over intensity. Developing a habit of continuous learning—just 10 minutes a day—can lead to sustained growth and development. It’s these small, daily efforts that compound over time and make a real impact. So, the question is: How are you investing in your skills today? #ContinuousLearning #ProfessionalDevelopment #SkillDevelopment #CorporateTraining #Microlearning

I ran restaurants, health clubs and hospitality venues for 20 years. Now I help operators find, buy and manage the right tech | Founder @ Tech On Toast

New year brings new ideas, but then 80% of these new projects fail to hit their target or just fail completely, the reality is that the problem you are trying to fix isn't the blocker, resistance to change is the real challenge we all face. Change—it’s something we all know is necessary, yet it’s rarely easy. When it comes to implementing new technology in hospitality, the real challenge isn’t about the systems or software; it’s about the people. Honestly? no one enjoys change, especially when it feels like it’s being done to them rather than with them. For deskless workers—the backbone of our industry—this resistance can often stem from a lack of understanding, involvement, or trust in the process. Over the years, I’ve learned that addressing resistance starts with your people. Here’s what i think works: 1️⃣ Get Them Involved Early When decisions are made behind closed doors, the natural reaction is resistance. Instead of presenting new tech as a “done deal,” involve your team from the beginning. Ask for their input. Let them voice their concerns and ideas. When workers feel ownership, it’s no longer your solution—it’s our solution. 💡 TOT Tip: Hold small group discussions or pilot programs to get feedback before rolling out the tech. 2️⃣ Make Training Accessible and Hands-On How often do we roll out new tools with a one-off demo or a long manual that no one reads? Effective training isn’t an afterthought—it’s a key part of the change process. Deskless workers often juggle multiple tasks, so training needs to be practical, engaging & available when they need it. Think short videos, mobile-friendly guides, or peer-led workshops. 💡 TOT Tip: Use bite-sized training modules that staff can access on their mobile devices during breaks. 3️⃣ Show Them How It Solves Their Problems For many workers, new tech can feel like just another thing to learn or another way to monitor their performance. Flip the script—show them how the technology will make their lives easier: • Does it reduce repetitive tasks? • Does it give them more control over their schedules? • Does it make communication with managers & colleagues more seamless? When the benefits are personal, the resistance fades. 💡 TOT Tip: Share real-life examples of how the tech has helped others in similar roles. Change is a Journey, Not a One-Off Event Resistance to change won’t disappear overnight, but by focusing on the people behind the technology, you can build trust and create a smoother transition. The truth is, hospitality is all about people—guests and teams alike. When we apply the same empathy to our teams that we do to our guests, real transformation happens. What’s your biggest challenge when introducing new tools or systems? Tech On Toast is here to make your year, just a little easier, we would love to help make change easier for your team. Empowering Your Clients: A Strategic Guide to AI Integration There is a massive opportunity for entrepreneurs willing to help their clients integrate AI into their businesses. Don't miss out on the opportunity to elevate your clients' potential. It's time to face facts. While many of you are doling out AI solutions, your clients are likely still far behind. They’re stuck in old ways of working, and now's your chance to help them leap into the future. I'll give you some ideas on implementing AI tools to transform operations for your clients. First...Clarity Equals Action. Here’s what’s at stake: Efficient AI integration accelerates operations and improves decision-making, not just for you but for those businesses counting on your guidance. Here’s How You Can Lead the Charge: 1. Identify Client Pain Points: You can start by digging deep. Talk to your clients and get to the root of what's slowing them down. Is customer service a headache? Are their marketing strategies outdated? Zero in on the issues that can benefit from AI intervention. 2. Research Specific Solutions: Don’t just throw any AI tool at them. Look for targeted solutions that solve their unique challenges. You'll be much more effective with laser-focused tools that align with their goals. 3. Pilot Simple Implementations: Before diving headfirst, run a pilot program. For instance, we didn't go full throttle when we rolled out AI-driven predictive analytics at Bemodo AI. We tested it on select campaigns, leading to a 25% boost in lead generation. This type of win-in-waiting will give your clients confidence in the technology. 6. Analyze the Data: Monitor results closely. Are the tools working as promised? If not, adjust the strategy. Your ability to quickly pivot will show clients you're not just following the trend but leading the way. 7. Execute Full Integration: Once the pilot proves successful, help clients roll out the tools company-wide. Don’t skimp on training; make sure their teams understand how to leverage this new technology effectively. 8. Encourage Continuous Improvement: Adoption isn’t a one-and-done deal. Encourage your clients to stay informed about AI advancements and facilitate ongoing adjustments for maximized performance. An Example of Success Worth Following At Bemodo AI, we saw our inquiry response time cut in half after implementing AI-trained avatars for marketing and customer interactions. Imagine showing your clients a success story like that! Not only did this save time, but customer satisfaction soared, turning clients into advocates for what you can provide. So here’s the takeaway: Don’t let your clients lag behind while others are thriving. Help them embrace AI to revolutionize their operations and maximize their potential. If you found this helpful, share it with someone who needs this insight! Best, Jeffery Boyle, CEO Bemodo AI

Empowering Clients Through Co-Creation and Hands-On Learning When it comes to training clients in new technologies, Ajay Kabra believes in a collaborative and immersive approach. As he explains on #AskTheCEO, "We like to do some diagnosis with the customer, understand their pain points, goals, objectives, vision. Now, once we understand that particular ecosystem, then it becomes simpler for us to suggest them a roadmap." Rather than simply prescribing a solution, Ajay advocates for a co-creation process, where the consultant and the client work together to develop a tailored plan. This ensures the client's unique needs and insights are incorporated, leading to more effective technology adoption. He also emphasizes the value of hands-on learning, stating, "Sometimes what I also do is, with a lot of my customers, I engineer crisis. You know, there is no crisis, but I create a situation where crisis happens and then I tell them how to solve that problem. Sometimes you really have to learn by doing it and by demonstrating how it can be done." By fostering collaboration and providing practical, immersive training, organizations can empower their clients to embrace new technologies and achieve their goals. What techniques have you found effective when training clients on emerging technologies? Share your insights in the comments. #TechTraining #ClientEngagement #CoCreation #HandsOnLearning
