Today I have a fun list of delicious and easy iced coffee recipes to get you through the rest of summer!
Although fall weather is my favorite, I still love to make the most of summer during the last month. Iced coffee is one of my all time favorite treats! Even more than hot coffee, but especially when they days are long and warm.
Sitting outside on the porch swing, reading a book, and sipping some iced coffee is my idea of a perfect day. Over the weekend we had a break in our 100 degree temperatures, so we actually go to enjoy the day. As you saw on instagram and snapchat, we spent most of the day outside!
It was perfect!
I have been gathering all of my favorite easy iced coffee recipes the past month. I have tried pretty much all of these in some form. A few of these are my recipes that I make over and over again. A fun new cold brew method will be debuting soon. Cold brew is one of my favorite types of coffee to have at home and the chemistry behind it is amazing! It is less acidic and easier on my stomach.

Happy Monday Alexis… going against the flow of comments here… Not a coffee drinker, but LOVE the creative ways to enjoy ice coffee! I was drooling thinking about the (coffee) brownie one, and the Mexican (coffee) milkshake – thought there would be some cayenne/spice in it. Enjoy!
