This is from an IP camera PTZ (KKMOON). It has 5 pins and says: "FA2J6K".enter image description here

It has the following voltages: enter image description here

I.A says it could be: "xc6221" but pin out are wrong. Also "RT9092" but again wrong pinout.

As far as I can see is:

  • pin 1 is VOUT = about 2.8 V
  • pin 2 is GND = 0 V
  • pin 3 is ??? SW? (a lot of switching when I see thru the oscilloscope: 600~1000 kHz) 3.4 V
  • pin 4 is VIN = 5.1 V
  • pin 5 is FB? = 1.0 V aprox.

I have no schematic, but it keeps restarting every 50 seconds, so I want to know if either it's the regulator or a capacitor that is bad. The SoC (I guess) is the squared IC on right top side, and it gets hot: 57ºC after 2 minutes.

  • \$\begingroup\$ Thank you Adam, it matches perfectly. Just curious, how did you recognize it? Is there a webpage where I can find SMD component equivalences to find out? \$\endgroup\$ Commented 15 hours ago
  • \$\begingroup\$ I dont know If I may ask you again. I missed one more IC it's similar but as 6 pins: "FA42QK". \$\endgroup\$ Commented 4 hours ago
