I want to subscribe to a topic in Python but the messages don't have headers with timestamps. My understanding is I can get a published timestamp from the message info but I can't figure out how to enable this. I see in the documentation (link) a mention of WithMessageInfo = 1 as an option but I can't figure out how to enable or use it.
