I need help identifying this show (or possibly movie) that was on TV during a Royal Caribbean cruise last week.

I was packing my bags and I wasn't really listening, so I didn't catch any character names. I think it was some kind of sci-fi or military show, where all the women wore navy blue uniforms and all the men wore brown. They kept calling characters "cadets" or "recruits" or something. It was some kind of wedding episode, where guests showed up at a big mansion in old cars. Some lady married a guy, and the ceremony included tying their hands together and pouring water over their hands from a giant seashell. During the reception, this one female cadet was in a relationship with a younger female cadet, which was attracting a bunch of negative attention from her superior officers, because she wasn't supposed to be doing that. Then a woman went inside the mansion and found another woman dead in a bathtub with her throat slit.

Does anybody know what this is? It looked like it was produced sometime in the last 10-15 years. It's possible it was connected to Amazon or some other streaming service.

I believe that the show is Motherland: Fort Salem

Motherland: Fort Salem follows Raelle Collar, Abigail Bellweather, and Tally Craven, three witches who accept conscription into the U.S. Army. They train in combat magic and use their vocal cords to enact "seeds" or "seed sounds", layering vocal sounds to create powerful spells.

The episode you saw was S1E5/6 "Bellweather Season"/"Up is Down"

On her wedding day, there is a Camarilla attack and Charvel is brutally murdered - her throat was slit and she was discovered bled out in the bathtub with her vocal cords removed.
