Heidi Nicoll shared thisWe’re hiring a senior technical leader who is still deeply hands-on. We’re looking for someone who: • Builds: Deep experience with Python, React, and TypeScript, with a desire to spend 70%+ of their time writing and shipping code. • Leads through influence: Sets a high technical bar and helps develop the team through code reviews, pairing, and strong technical judgment. Direct reports aren’t required. • Is curious about healthcare: Healthcare experience is not necessary. We’re looking for someone interested in applying their technical skills to a meaningful, complex problem in a $25B/year market. If this sounds like you, or someone you know, we’d love to connect.

Heidi Nicoll shared thisHuge congratulations to Kristin on her new book! Go check it out!Heidi Nicoll shared thisI spent more than 30 years in HR. I’ve just published a book asking if we should eliminate it. The HR Trap is out now. Kindle, paperback, and audiobook. Here's the argument in one paragraph. HR didn't seize the hard parts of leadership. Leaders handed them over. The tough conversation, the toxic high performer, the layoff message, the culture problem. Each one landed in HR because someone with a leadership title didn't want to do it. Do that for a few decades and you get two things: an exhausted HR profession, and a generation of executives who never built the muscle. This book isn't an attack on HR. It's an invitation to leaders to take the human work back. If you've ever wondered why your best HR people are burned out, or why your leadership pipeline feels thin, the answer might be the same trap. Links in the comments and also here: https://lnkd.in/gwTPnqav Is the work you've handed to HR really theirs? Or is it yours?

Heidi Nicoll reposted thisThank you to Healthcare Purchasing News' Matt MacKenzie for chatting with me about our exciting partnership with Mount Sinai Health System to deploy Clarium Vision. Mount Sinai performs approximately 100,000 surgical procedures each year, generating enormous volumes of utilization data while requiring careful coordination among clinicians, perioperative leaders, and supply chain teams. We’re excited to help them improve point-of-use documentation accuracy using computer vision, reduce administrative burdens on nursing staff, and provide better visibility into supply utilization, which in turn will help them reduce costs. Heidi Nicoll reposted thisHeidi Nicoll reposted thisThis morning, Community Health Network, a leading health system based in Indianapolis, announced it is deploying Clarium to transform its surgical supply chain and achieve significant cost savings. "Clarium offered a novel solution, starting by using data to optimize physician preference lists and usage, and then expanding into other areas of supply chain management, such as contracting and procurement. To optimize supply spend across the board is a large undertaking and now we have the technology to do that." - Patrick McGill, MD DHA MBA Welcome Community Health Network. Heidi Nicoll reposted thisReally excited to share this video case study we did with St. Luke's Health System. It’s the result of a lot of hard work between our two organizations. Over a year ago, St. Luke’s came to Clarium with a problem: The way they were managing disruptions in the supply chain was disjointed, time consuming and led to critical delays that ultimately affected patient care. As they were getting ready to open a new 330K square-foot CSC, they needed an AI tool that could identify when a disruption was occurring and quickly identify a clinically equivalent product substitute. Our team, alongside their clinical and supply chain champions, created an agentic AI tool to help solve their problem. Together, we created a custom-configured, AI-powered process orchestration agent. It intelligently guides the disruption event from identification all the way through to resolution. We’ve seen agentic use cases in healthcare across clinical and revenue cycle management, but within the supply chain, we’re in the early innings. It’s a privilege to be on the leading edge and we owe it all to our customers like St. Luke’s. Thanks to the whole St. Luke’s team for helping us create this powerful tool and helping ensure they continue to deliver world-class care. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gz2m3HHA

Heidi Nicoll shared thisAn amazing Product opportunity! Come join us!Heidi Nicoll shared thisEvery hire at Clarium matters deeply to our team, given the massive opportunity we're going after! The healthcare industry overspends on its supply chain by more than $25 billion every year! 🤯 Fragmented data. Broken workflows. Supplies that don't make it to the people who need them most: patients! That's the problem our team gets up to solve every.single.day!! The game-changing technology we are building gives health systems end-to-end visibility into their supply chain, so the teams at Yale New Haven Health, Stanford, Geisinger, Kaiser Permanente, and more, can spend less time chasing data and more time on what actually matters: patient care. Now we're growing, and we're hiring a ✨ Staff Product Manager. ✨ This is a pivotal role for us. You'd own a core part of our product end to end, from discovery through delivery, working shoulder to shoulder with our engineering, design, and data teams. Whoever steps in won't inherit a playbook. They'll help write it! ❤️🔥 I can't stress this enough: every hire at Clarium is critical because of the movement we're building and the health system partners across the nation counting on us to get this right. If you're a product builder who moves fast, thrives in ambiguity, and wants your work to genuinely shape how hospitals run, this is your seat at our table! The role is fully remote. Details and application below. Know someone perfect for this? Tag 'em. And if that someone is you, let's talk!! 🤘 Come build with us! 🚀 👉 https://lnkd.in/gzRZFVC2 #healthtech #productmanagement #healthcareinnovation #hiring #supplychain

But Dr. Kelly isn't resting on rankings. He's building what he calls a Mobility Revolution, and the strategy is bold: 🏥 Four concentric circles of growth, from the flagship NYC campus to a national ASC platform 🌍 A global digital platform built on the deepest musculoskeletal data in the world 💰 A first-of-its-kind venture fund targeting up to $1 BILLION for musculoskeletal innovation 🤝 Partnerships with Deerfield Management, General Atlantic, and Peloton The mission underneath it all: close the 10-year gap between how long people live and how long they live healthy. 🙌 Most of us don't think about our mobility until we lose it. Heidi Nicoll liked thisHeidi Nicoll liked thisNearly seven years at Integral Ad Science. What a run. I joined just before COVID hit, when we went fully remote and were all figuring it out day by day. Since then, I’ve had a front row seat to some remarkable moments: our IPO and the behind the scenes work that went into taking a company public, ringing the bell at Nasdaq and seeing my picture on the big screen in Times Square, opening offices in new global markets and two chapters of private equity ownership with two very different firms. I also got to build a talent acquisition team I’m incredibly proud of. Together, we hired hundreds of talented people around the world and helped shape the business through change and continued evolution. That experience reinforced something I believe deeply: Talent Acquisition is a business function. When it has a seat at the table, it delivers measurable impact on growth, culture, and results. To my amazing team, the leaders who trusted us, and the colleagues who made the work fun even when it was sometimes hard: Thank You. You know who you are and you know we will stay in touch. I’m proud of what we built at IAS. A lot of firsts, and a lot to carry into my next chapter and I’m truly thankful for it. More soon!

The company pairs satellite data with AI for defense, intelligence, and disaster response, and this seat sits with their US defense subsidiary. Full-time and remote from Portland, Seattle, DC, Huntsville or Denver, near an airport for up to 25% travel to Vancouver. No clearance needed. This is a GovCon seat first. On a lean team, you'd be the one who knows the compliance side cold. What fits: You've owned a month-end close and produced US GAAP financials You've built or maintained indirect rates and cost pools You've been through a DCAA audit, an incurred cost submission, or a pre-award survey Bonus if you're a CPA or have worked in Costpoint or Unanet Dm, email, Facebook message me, myspace if you're fancy, I'm banned from AOL(dad said not to use it because no one could get on the phone when the modem was running...) Looking to wrap up initial screens today or tomorrow. It's Monday. #riseandgrind

Heidi Nicoll liked thisHeidi Nicoll liked thisMy recruiter job post stays up. I want to explain why. Not because I forgot to take it down. Because I'll always make time for a recruiter who does more than fill seats. Rebel Talent Systems hires for startups and defense teams. Some searches are cleared. Some aren't. The job stays the same: learn the work, earn trust on both sides of the table, close the hire, and leave the client with a better hiring system than they had. That takes a recruiter who owns the search start to finish, tells the truth when it's uncomfortable, and follows through without anyone chasing them. If you need someone checking on you every day, this isn't your seat. If you want your name on the work, it might be. Remote. 1099, full desk. Commission with a draw. Don't lead with a resume. DM me or email me and tell me about the last search you owned start to finish, including what you'd do differently. I don’t need to hire. We’re doing great and have an amazing dynamic. I won’t do anything that will upset that. Positive people that understand sense of urgency that also understand not everyone else moves at recruiter speed(patience). And that needs to be conveyed to candidates as well (transparency). Do’er’s > Talkers Sound like you? Build right. Hire right. Give a shit.

Heidi Nicoll reacted on thisHeidi Nicoll reacted on thisI celebrated 5 years at Clarium this week. I still remember day one like it was yesterday, getting up before dawn in Seattle to attend our daily standup at 9 AM ET / 6 AM PT - which was really an all company meeting - with 5 other people at the time. Since then, we've gone from zero to serving 20+ health systems across the country. I've had the privilege of building products alongside some of the most talented and driven people I know - products that teams actually rely on every day. And learning from supply chain leaders who are far smarter than me about how hospitals actually work. I found a community I genuinely love being a part of. From joining AHRMM's YPAC to speaking at conferences across the country - none of it was on the 5-year plan. It happened because healthcare supply chain is full of people who invest in each other and lift each other up. Five years at a startup is a long time. The company has changed, the team has changed, and I've changed. But the mission - using technology to make healthcare operations work better for the people who keep hospitals running - is still as important as it was on Day 1. And the best is yet to come.

Heidi Nicoll liked thisHeidi Nicoll liked thisI actually attended RecFest USA as 2 different people this year And both of them are tired I bet you didn’t even know both were me, but it’s true I hosted an amazing panel on TA’s role in workforce planning, recorded 6 podcast episodes and got to talk to such amazing people in our space like Jillian O'Malior Elyse Ryan and Haley ONeill. I got to emcee a stage where no vendors were allowed, just practitioners talking shop And I met so many fun people who - not gonna lie - made me feel a little bit famous! (Also if you came up to me and asked for a picture please send it to me too!) But the man in the mask was up to something different. He learned some secrets about the dark side of hiring that people all know but usually don’t say out loud He also kind of almost got shot by a security guard (so the rumors say) We both have thoughts to unpack, good and bad. But right now we’re just ready for some quiet because y’all recruiters yap too much! So for now I’ll just sit in an airport and say: Thank you RecFest USA for always being a special place for this community

TA leaders: your coordinator is the system, tbh. You call it “heroics.” I call it key-person risk. One coordinator knows: Which panelist can move. Which candidate needs context. Which manager forgets feedback. Which exception will break the plan. None of that lives in the workflow. It lives in their head. Then they take a day off. Or move teams. Or leave. The calendars jam. Candidates wait. Interviewers lose context. Recruiters start chasing answers. And you call it a scheduling issue. It is not. You built a process that only works when one person remembers everything. That is not strength. That is one person carrying your risk. A folder full of SOPs will not save you. Not if the real process lives in private messages, memory and favors. The worst part? TA gets blamed when it breaks. The recruiter looks disorganized. The candidate sees a messy company. The hiring manager loses trust. Your coordinator was not “just keeping things moving.” They were holding the process together by hand. Stop praising the heroics. Fix the system that requires them. Because when your coordinator leaves, your process leaves with them.

Every hour your team spends hiring is an hour a chair underproduces. Most practices don’t have a hiring problem. They have a workflow problem. Fragmented sourcing, slow screening, and unclear offers turn good candidates cold. Speed wins, but clarity keeps people. Candidates choose roles where days, pay range, instrumentation, software, and chair support are clear before they interview. We make that clarity standard. Then we run the pipeline. We source, screen, place, onboard, and manage the first 90 days so you never touch a job post. One coordinator, one calendar, closed loops. Example: A GP lost a Monday hygienist, stabilized with short‑term coverage, aligned Tues–Thurs blocks, and turned a paid working interview into a signed offer with first‑week goals and check‑ins. Result: your schedule stays productive while a hire lands with clear expectations. One invoice, one point of contact, fewer surprises. — Dental Staffing Co-Pilot Which kills hiring momentum faster in your practice: unclear schedule blocks or slow feedback after the interview? #DentalStaffing #DentalHiring #DentalPracticeManagement #DentalOperations #DentalCareers Book a Practice Efficiency Assessment: https://lnkd.in/dHAD4anE

Some hiring problems no platform can fix. TA leaders are under real pressure to keep up with AI, new tools, and what they think other employers are doing. This week's guest has seen organizations respond by investing heavily in a new ATS or AI tool, then discover six months later that the problem was the intake process with hiring managers. No technology was ever going to solve that, which is why she argues the audit of what is already in place has to come before any decision to buy. My guest on Episode 811 of Recruiting Future is Jalpa Trivedi, an experienced Global Head of TA who has built and centralized TA functions across more than 30 countries. Her view on AI is that the biggest risk is not adopting it too slowly but adopting it without the governance to use it responsibly. That means asking which problem it is meant to fix, whether candidates, hiring managers and the TA team are ready to work with it, and whether the level of automation fits the organization's culture and employer brand. We discuss: • The 80/20 approach to centralizing TA across markets • What persuades leadership to back a TA investment • Five data privacy questions to ask before signing with an AI vendor • Where the dividing line falls between AI and human judgment Listen by searching Recruiting Future wherever you get your podcasts #JoinTheConversation

Compensation cycles break in execution – but they don't have to. Here's how strong comp teams run cycles with operating discipline (first, see how you can operationalize your cycle with Pequity 👉 https://pequity.com/demo). They: 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 • Finalize eligibility • Confirm promotion slates • Set budget allocations Stability upstream drives consistency downstream. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Run live working sessions • Share decision examples • Define guardrails • Publish escalation paths Prepared managers move faster and stay aligned. 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 • Review compa-ratio shifts • Flag pay compression • Track promotion distribution • Monitor spend by org Early detection prevents late rewrites. 𝗦𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 • Collect recommendations • Validate alignment • Secure executive approval • Launch employee conversations Clear sequencing keeps trust intact. We don’t talk enough about the role of play in recruiting. But play fuels curiosity, creativity, and the kind of authentic conversations that lead to better hires. When we make space for it, whether in outreach, interviews, or collaboration, we unlock ideas (and candidates) we might’ve overlooked. A little play might just be recruiting’s secret advantage. 🌍 The Foundation Is Moving. Is Your Hiring Strategy Adaptive or Static? 🚀 Founders and TA leaders across the US are feeling that the ground has shifted. This isn’t incremental change. It’s a structural rewrite of how work, talent, and value are created. Here’s what we’re seeing firsthand in the hiring market: 🔹 AI has replaced labor arbitrage — productivity now comes from intelligence, not headcount 🔹 Traditional hiring models are breaking — slow, rigid, and overbuilt for a fast market 🔹 The talent market has split — adaptive recruiters + candidates are outperforming static job-bound models 🔹 Speed + clarity now beat scale — the winners synthesize, execute, and iterate faster 🔹 Sensemaking is scarce — clients don’t need more resumes; they need a better signal. This is why RPO can no longer be a purely transactional approach. At SKILLECTS, we’ve redesigned RPO for the Expertise-on-Demand era: ✔ AI-enabled, domain-trained recruiters ✔ Plug-and-play offshore recruiter seats (no long ramp, no overhead) ✔ Output-driven SLAs (submissions, interviews, offers—not hours) ✔ Proven ROI in ≤90 days, with risk-free pilots The question for 2026 isn’t “Who can we hire?”. It’s “How fast can we adapt our hiring engine to the new reality?” If your recruiting foundation still belongs to the Industrial Era, it may be time to rebuild before market forces compel you to do so. 📩 Let’s talk if you’re ready to move from static hiring to adaptive talent execution. #FutureOfWork #RPO #AdaptiveHiring #AIEra #TalentStrategy #USStaffing #Leadership #DigitalTransformation #SKILLECTS #TechTrends2026

The best recruiting teams aren’t using AI to hire less humanly. They’re using it to create more room for humans to do what they do best. 🤝 A recent 2026 talent acquisition assessment found measurable gains in hiring speed, recruiter efficiency, automation, and qualified applicants among organizations using modern AI-enabled recruiting technology. That matters because recruiter bandwidth is becoming a real bottleneck. More applications. More screening. More interviews. More follow-ups. But the number of hours in a recruiter’s day hasn’t changed. ⏳ The opportunity isn’t to automate everything. It’s to automate the repeatable parts of hiring while making the important human moments stronger. A simple approach: ⚡ Automate the repetitive work Let AI handle structured first-round interviews, scheduling, summaries, and consistent evaluations. 🎯 Standardize what “good” looks like Define the competencies, questions, and scoring criteria before candidates enter the process. 🧠 Keep human judgment where it matters Recruiters and hiring managers should spend their time understanding context, motivation, potential, and team fit. 💬 Give candidates a better experience A faster, clearer process respects candidates’ time instead of leaving them waiting for weeks between steps. The real advantage of AI in recruiting isn’t simply moving faster. It’s being able to scale consistency without scaling recruiter workload at the same rate. That changes the recruiter’s role. Less time chasing process. More time building relationships. Less time repeating the same interview. More time having the conversations that actually influence a great hire. 🌱 And that’s where AI becomes a multiplier—not a replacement for human expertise. If your hiring team is still spending hours on repetitive first-round interviews, this is a good moment to rethink the workflow. 👉 Explore a simpler way to structure and scale interviews with Flowmingo: https://lnkd.in/gx4SEwWT #Flowmingo #FlowmingoAI #TalentAcquisition #Recruiting #AIHiring #HiringAgency
