Keri Bolding shared thisFederal year end is officially in the books for the public sector team at Ingram Micro! 🇺🇸 Behind every quote, every order and every last minute request was a small army of people putting in the extra hours to make sure our partners were taken care of. The bulk of our crew were together in Buffalo, but this was truly a coast to coast effort with team members supporting from Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Texas, Arizona and California. And when you ask people to give that much, you have to take care of them too. We made sure they were fed from sun up to sun down, we kept the energy up, massaged away a little of the federal year end stress 😂 and even squeezed in some fun with our prize wheel. But what I’ll remember most is the teamwork. People jumping in wherever they were needed, staying late, helping each other and doing whatever it took to support our partners through one of the busiest times of the year!! Grateful. Thankful. And blessed beyond measure to work alongside such an amazing team. ❤️

Keri Bolding shared thisWe spend a lot of time talking about what makes a great leader. ✨ Intelligence. 🔥 Drive. 📈 Results. 💪 Accountability. But can we add one more requirement? Don’t be an asshole. You can be incredibly smart and still be kind. You can hold people accountable and still treat them with respect. You can push for big results without leaving a trail of people who hated working for you. So here’s my challenge to those of you in a leadership role: Raise the bar. Expect results. Set clear expectations. Hold people accountable. Have the hard conversations. Push people to be better. AND…be kind. Stay humble. Lead with respect. You can be a strong, decisive leader without being an asshole. How you get the results matters too.Working With Smart People Is Great. Keri Bolding shared thisThis week was a special one for me. It was the first Federal Summit I’ve hosted since taking over Ingram Micro’s Public Sector business. For my first one, I knew I wanted to bring everyone together in my home state of South Carolina. There could not have been a more fitting backdrop than the USS Yorktown, one of the most decorated aircraft carriers in U.S. Navy history, alongside the USS Laffey, known as “The Ship That Would Not Die.” We covered a lot of ground, from AI and OneGov to SEWP, cybersecurity, supply chain, and the changing federal procurement landscape. But the real conversation was about how we help our partners better serve their federal customers and create more opportunity across the federal community. The energy and engagement throughout the week reinforced exactly why bringing this community together matters. There is something powerful about getting the right people in the same room, sharing ideas, talking openly about what is happening in the market, and finding new ways to create opportunity together. I could not be prouder of what we are building or more grateful for the amazing team beside me, helping make it all happen. Thank you to everyone who invested the time to join us in Charleston, especially our speakers, sponsors, partners, vendors, and the Ingram Micro team who worked for months to pull this thing off. What a week!! Cheers y’all!

Keri Bolding shared thisBeyond Excited!!!Keri Bolding shared this☀️ A little Southern hospitality. A lot of Federal strategy. 🌴 Our Ingram Micro Team welcomes our Public Sector community this week to our Federal Summit. We're bringing together partners, vendors, industry leaders, and Federal experts in Charleston, SC to prepare for what's ahead this Federal buying season. We're bringing together voices from across government and industry, including: 🔹 George Nicol, NASA SEWP Deputy Program Director sharing perspectives from one of the Federal market's most influential acquisition vehicles. 🔹 Allen Hill, former FCC CIO and GSA Executive, bringing an insider's perspective on Federal technology, modernization, and the challenges shaping government today. 🔹 Elizabeth Sullivan, President of Madison Services Group, Inc., offering a timely look at what's happening in Washington and what it could mean for the Federal market ahead. 🔹 Craig Solensky, Public Sector leader at Kingston Technology, sharing lessons learned from navigating industry disruption and turning challenges into strategic advantage. A special thank you to our premier sponsors Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, Samsung Mobile, Samsung Display, NinjaOne and our many vendor sponsors for making this week's event possible and helping bring together some of the brightest minds across the Federal ecosystem. 🚀 We're saving something special for Wednesday morning. Vendors and reseller partners, join us for an Ingram Micro Federal Innovation Forum to help you move faster, respond smarter, and stay ahead this Federal buying season. Join John McNelly, the Technologist leading Ingram Micro's Global Enable AI strategy, Tanner Rhoades, Senior Consultant for Platforms, and myself as we showcase how a platform company built on AI is helping partners accelerate speed to market. We'll demonstrate our MCP Servers live, show how partners are reducing the time between customer question and customer answer, and explore how AI is creating a new level of responsiveness across the Federal landscape. Imagine giving your Federal customer the answers they need while you're still on the call. Faster insights. Faster responses. More accurate delivery. 💡 By the time you'd normally finish a 30-minute status meeting, you could already have an MCP Server up and running with the real-time updates. Federal buying season waits for no one. The partners who move fastest will win. 🔥 Our early adopters are already calling it a game changer. Come see why. ⚓🚀 Safe travels. See you in Charleston. Let's get to work! Keri Bolding shared thisOne year ago today, on my birthday, I announced that I was joining Ingram Micro and what a ride it has been! Many of you have followed along on this journey, and some of you have been right there with me, beside me, every step of the way. For that, I am incredibly grateful. This week was another great reminder of why I love what I do, and so, I wanted to share it with you all once again. My fellow peers and I gathered in Buffalo for a leadership meeting, followed by our annual partner community event, TXA Unplugged, where we challenged everyone to unplug from the technology and truly be present, building relationships and strengthening partnerships, one conversation at a time. There’s no way I can capture everything from the week but here are a few highlights: • Visited with Chef Darian Bryan , recent winner of Next Level Chef, who treated us to incredible Jamaican-inspired dishes and reminded me that greatness comes in many forms, including some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. • Heard from @caleb mcdonald, a silver medalist in the World Climbing Para Series, who found a new way to pursue his passion after a paralyzing fall just 18 months earlier. His story is a powerful reminder that resilience isn’t about returning to who you were; it’s about discovering who you can become. • TXA community member Robert Bell, along with a few accomplices, smoked enough meat to feed an army and turned an evening at Britesmith Brewing into a good old fashion BBQ with a little axe throwing! • Songwriter turned mountain climber, Mike Posner took center stage, reminding us that the best ideas are often the ones that sound a little crazy at first. • Popped into a vendor QBR just as it was wrapping up to shake a few hands and catch up with a former colleague who is now a valued partner. • Hugged an old friend I hadn’t seen in years. • Ran into vendor partners I didn’t know would be in town, and another I didn’t think I’d get to see at all. Thankfully, United had other plans for me than getting me home when I intended! • Watched the sunset over Lake Erie, with more laughs than I can count, most of which were thanks to Craig Birmingham. It’s been an honor to spend this past year surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company and who have made this journey so rewarding. Here’s to another trip around the sun. To making memories, making progress, and making every moment count.

Keri Bolding shared thisThis week, the team and I spent a few days in D.C. with the AWS Public Sector team, some really impressive ISVs, and the channel partners who bring these technologies to life inside our government agencies, schools, hospitals, and non-profits. AWS continues to make significant investments in public sector, from cloud modernization and secure AI adoption to AWS Marketplace, where partners and ISVs can help agencies find, buy, and deploy solutions faster. The conversations really reinforced how important the full ecosystem is, especially as agencies look for trusted ways to modernize and move faster. A year ago, so much of the discussion around AI centered around what it could do. Today, our conversations have shifted to implementation, governance, security, data readiness, and measurable mission outcomes. In addition, many of our partners and customers are working through how to securely adopt AI, modernize aging infrastructure, protect critical data, and prepare their workforce for what’s next. That’s where the real work begins. And as an added bonus, I had the opportunity to attend the AWS women’s luncheon and see our Second Lady,Usha Chilukuri Vance, which made the trip even more memorable. Thanks, AWS! Now it’s time to enjoy the holiday weekend. Cheers, everyone, and Happy Independence Day!

Keri Bolding shared thisTwenty-six meetings in two days. Some planned, and some happened simply because I was in the right place at the right time. That’s the beauty of events like HPE Discover. You can accomplish a months’ worth of conversations in a matter of hours. The keynotes were great. The technology was impressive. AI, networking, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure modernization dominated the headlines. But the real value came from sitting across the table from our friends at HPE, our partners, and colleagues, talking about what’s happening in the market. Customers aren’t asking whether they should modernize. They’re asking how. Whether it’s AI, networking, cloud, or security, they need trusted partners who can help them move from strategy to execution. That’s where the ecosystem matters. Partners are looking for expertise and new opportunities. Vendors are looking for scale and execution. Customers are looking for outcomes. Those conversations reinforced the importance of bringing the right people, technology, and opportunities together to help customers move forward. Honored to see Ingram Micro recognized as Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Global Distributor of the Year. Thank you to HPE for the recognition, and thank you to the partners and customers who continue to trust us to help connect strategy, technology, and opportunity. Now it’s time to turn those conversations into action. Let’s go!!!

Keri Bolding posted thisHappy Monday to all my LinkedIn friends, associates, former associates, and even to the guy I met in seat 4C three years ago. Special thanks to STARLINK and the world’s first trilionaire for the free Wi-Fi aboard United Airlines! You provided the perfect opportunity to share my Monday morning shenanigans, that absolutely no one asked for, but here we are, 30,000 feet in the air. 🤪 After a 4:30am wake up call, I arrived at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to discover the TSA PreCheck line was longer than the line at Disney without a FastPass. No better day to upgrade to CLEAR! Then came a weather related ground stop at George Bush Intercontinental Airport - IAH. ⛈️ Apparently that was just Monday’s second act. Thankfully, the United Club Lounge was standing by. Once onboard, we have no pilots 👩✈️ but they’ll be here soon! 🤞🏼Oh wait, now the ramp is closed due to ⚡️! Next stop: Vegas for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Discover. Twenty plus meetings in three days, Imagine Dragons, and then a red-eye home. 😴 This itinerary was brought to you in part by a very ambitious Ingram Micro BD team under the leadership of Lauren Falzone. No single person would have been bold enough to monopolize all my time, although Carmen Alameno may have tried! 🤭 And a special shoutout to Carol Herman with United Airlines at GSP, she always has my back when travel plans go sideways. Every road warrior needs a Carol but you can’t have mine!! ✈️ May the odds be ever in your favor…& mine! 🥂

Your trust, hustle, and collaboration are what turn big missions into real outcomes for our government customers. Partnership is how we grow and win together. As we look ahead, were energized to keep driving what matters most for federal: Gen AI, Cyber Security, Modern Data Center and the Modern Workforce. Thank you for an outstanding season. For those customers that engage with us and use our private online resources, just wait till you see what’s in store for you!Keri Bolding liked thisFound in the archives: an old COLAMCO catalog page promising the "lowest diskette prices in the industry." Diskettes are gone. The promise isn't: excellent prices, brand name products, no minimum order, fast shipment. We just relaunched our website, built for how businesses and federal agencies shop for IT products today. New site, same standards we've had since 1982. www.colamco.com #ITsolutions #ITprofessional #TechForLess #COLAMCO
