The way you lead sets the tone for the entire team. And over the years, I’ve seen 3 types of leaders, based on how they lead and shape team culture: 1. The Toxic Leader ↳ Leads with fear and control. ↳ Focuses only on numbers, not people. ↳ Demands perfection but gives no feedback. ↳ Creates a culture of 24/7 hustle and burnout. 2. The “Nice” Leader ↳ Avoids conflict at all costs. ↳ Creates comfort, but not growth. ↳ Wants to be liked more than respected. ↳ Says yes to everything (then burns out). 3. The Kind Leader ↳ Listens to truly understand. ↳ Leads with empathy and clarity. ↳ Invests in each person’s growth. ↳ Treats mistakes as lessons, not failures. Toxic destroys. Nice isn’t enough. Qnity expanded its manufacturing footprint with two major moves in just five days, opening a new plant in the United States and acquiring a facility in Taiwan. John Singer, Qnity's Chief operations and Engineering Officer, said in a statement to AIM Media House that the Newark facility will produce advanced materials for their customers and partners in the semiconductor industry as they “power industry-leading advancements in AI, high-performance computing, and advanced connectivity.” Acquisition of the Taiwan facility was announced on March 6, which is a $61.5 million site in Hsinchu Science Park, a major semiconductor hub in northern Taiwan.
