Kayla Isaac Albanese shared this🦄 in the making!!Kayla Isaac Albanese shared thisClose the gap between AI pilots and AI production. That's what Unframe was built to do. Forbes named us to their Next Billion Dollar Startups 2026 list, selected by 80+ leading VC firms. The companies on this list are building the future for enterprises worldwide. We're proud to be among them. To our team, our customers, and our investors: thank you for being part of this. Read the full article at the link in comments.

Kayla Isaac Albanese shared this1 Year at Unframe! It’s been a ride -- and while 1 year feels like 5, this is still just the beginning. Some highlights of my time at Unframe: 🇬🇷 First day of work was at our company off-site in Athens! 🗓️ ~150 events executed, events that generate real pipeline & revenue. Events are a huge part of our GTM strategy and I’m proud to be leading these efforts. Couldn't do this with the support of Aurélie Knecht & Marie Asgharnia 💸 Unframe hit $100m TCV in < 12 months!! 📈 Series B raised 🏆 Was recognized as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel ✨ Being inspired everyday by our BOSS LADY Co-founder Larissa Schneider, as well working alongside our marketing leadership team Jonathan Pogact, Cassandra Leonard, Rina Konishi, Malavika Kumar, Jenna Morin

Kayla Isaac Albanese shared this$100M TCV in < 12 months !!! It’s been such a fun journey being a part of this insanely fast-growing company, and this is only the beginning! Series B…. 👀 So excited to see where this next round of funding takes us!Kayla Isaac Albanese shared thisUnframe crossed $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, becoming one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI companies on record. We’re also announcing a $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, bringing our 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 to $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠. Over the last year, we’ve watched global enterprises move past experimentation and start confronting the real challenge in front of them: how to solve the biggest operational problems with AI inside the complexity of large organizations. That’s the gap Unframe was built to close. Every customer behind this milestone came to us with a critical business problem. Together, we turned those needs into fully tailored, production-grade AI solutions running inside their environments in days. From there, the momentum compounds. To our customers, partners, investors, and team: 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 for believing in what we’re building. We’re incredibly proud of what this team has accomplished and even more excited for what comes next!
-
Kayla Isaac Albanese shared thisThe hustle has been real….and so worth it!!! Exciting times to be a part of the Unframe team!!!Kayla Isaac Albanese shared this$𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠 TCV. In under 𝟭𝟮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀. At 𝟰𝟬𝟬% NRR. Those are the numbers behind today’s announcement that Unframe has raised another $50M, led by Highland Europe, bringing total funding to $100M. Honestly, the funding is exciting. But the customer behavior is what matters most to me. Enterprise AI has been flooded with experimentation over the last two years, yet most projects still fail to deliver measurable business value. One MIT study estimated that 95% of enterprise AI spend produced little real impact. What we’re seeing instead is that enterprises move very quickly when the solution is: • tailored to their operational reality • deployable in days instead of months • able to solve actual bottlenecks immediately That’s why our customers keep expanding with us. 400% NRR still feels surreal to type. For context, some of the best software companies in the world like Snowflake and Databricks built iconic businesses with NRR in the 120-160% range. Seeing customers adopt Unframe this aggressively tells us we’re solving a very real problem. Huge credit to our team, our customers, and our investors: Highland Europe, Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point LLC, Vintage Investment Partners, and Cerca Partners. Also excited to welcome Jacob Bernstein and Sam Brooks to our board. This is a massive moment for me, Shay Levi, Adi Azarya and our amazing team! And we’re just getting started, so if you want to help shape the future of enterprise AI, reach out.

And this one feels extra special! 🚀 Today, we’re joining Unframe !! 🙌 For me, choosing what comes next has never just been about the next role. It’s about finding something I genuinely believe in, with people I want to build with, where I feel I can make a real impact. That’s exactly what I found at Unframe. I believe we’re still only scratching the surface of Enterprise #AI. Agents and productivity gains are valuable, but the opportunity goes much further: using AI to transform the business-critical processes companies actually run on. THAT’s what drew me to Unframe ! And this is where it gets particularly interesting for me; None of the Partners I speak to are looking for another AI platform to resell. They have enough technology choices already. They’re looking for something that makes their AI business more profitable, faster to deliver and easier to scale. Together with the broader team, that’s what we want to build: a Global Partner ecosystem and program, while acting locally across EMEA & APAC. Helping partners transform and grow, fast! And then there are the PEOPLE. There’s something beautifully ironic about Martijn Bosschaart, Nico Wagemans and me joining the founders Shay LeviShay Levi, LarissaLarissa Schneider,Schneider, Adi Azarya, whose previous company we spent years competing against..ha! I’ll be building with Larissa Schneider for the 2nd time. Nico WagemansNico Wagemans, thank you for trusting me for the 3rd time, and with my “work wife” Martijn Bosschaart for the 4th time in the past 15 years! Some partnerships are apparently just built to last. 😉 I’m equally proud and grateful to be joining a team of world-class leaders like Jacquelyn Goldberg, Chris Slovak, LiorLior HakimiHakimi, Jonathan Pogact, Christopher J. There’s a huge amount of experience, ambition and grit around the table, and I’m genuinely excited about what we can build together! 🚀 Thank you ALL for the trust! I’ll write more about WHY I’m so excited about the opportunity for Partners, so stay tuned! To everyone who has been part of the journey so far: A humble Thank You 🙏 And to the Partners who want to build what comes next with us: let’s talk. Let’s build! 🚀

Kayla Isaac Albanese liked thisKayla Isaac Albanese liked thisMost companies are asking the wrong question about AI: "which model should we use?" GPT? Claude? Gemini? Llama? All of them is the answer... with some caveats. Choosing one model and wiring your AI strategy around it is like choosing a cloud provider before you know what you're building. Models are changing too quickly. The best model for extracting data from 2 million documents may not be the best model for analyzing a contract. The best model for a customer service workflow may not be the best model for writing code. And the model that's best today might not be the best six months from now. So why corner in your business to one? Build for the job, not the model. That's what we do for customer's at Unframe. A well-designed AI system should be able to: - Send simple work to fast, inexpensive models - Send difficult work to models built for deeper reasoning - Use specialized models when the task calls for it - Keep sensitive workloads where they belong - Switch models when price, performance or requirements change - Use multiple models inside the same business process The model should be replaceable. Your company knowledge, workflows, integrations and business logic shouldn't be. That's what model agnostic really means. It's not saying "we integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google" etc. It's being able to change the engine without rebuilding the car. The companies that understand this won't spend the next few years chasing whichever model tops this month's leaderboard. They'll build systems designed to take advantage of whatever comes next.

Most early-stage B2B teams run GTM in this order: Pick a channel. Start executing. Wonder why it is not converting. The problem is sequencing, not effort. Here is the order that actually works: 1. Define ICP with real precision. Not "B2B SaaS companies with 10-50 employees." Define the activation signal: what has to be true about a company for your solution to land in the first 30 days. That specificity is your filter. 2. Map the activation path. Where does value first become real for the customer? That moment is your design target. Everything before it is acquisition. Everything after it is retention. Most teams spend all their energy on acquisition and none on the moment that decides whether retention is even possible. 3. Build the system that moves them from signal to conversion. Not a campaign. Not a sequence of emails. A system with stages, triggers, and defined exit criteria. A system that works without a founder in every conversation. This is not a marketing problem. It is a product and GTM alignment problem. Those two things have to point at the same activation moment or your funnel will keep leaking regardless of how much you push into the top. We help early-stage B2B teams build this. lumeneze.com #GTMStrategy #B2BSaaS #GrowthSystems #ProductLedGrowth

RevOps isn't a SaaS problem. It's every agency's problem — you just call it something else. Companies where sales, delivery, and account management work off the same information grow revenue 11% a year. Companies where they don't? Under 1%. That gap isn't about strategy or talent. It's about whether the context from the sales call actually survives the handoff — or whether it lives in an email thread, a Slack DM, or the founder's head. If delivery finds out what was promised on the kickoff call instead of before it, you don't have an onboarding problem. You have a RevOps problem with a nicer name. We broke down three quick tests that show exactly where your agency is leaking revenue — and why the fix isn't more software:

B2B revenue isn't luck - it's a system. The Ultimate B2B Sales Bible distills strategy, process, and plays you can plug in today to build a predictable, scalable engine from prospect to close. Start by tightening your ICP and problem hypothesis. Map pains to business outcomes, then tailor outreach with proof tied to metrics the buyer owns. In mid-market/enterprise, multithread early: engage users, the budget owner, security, and an exec sponsor. Drive momentum with crisp discovery, a mutual action plan, and a quantified business case (baseline, impact, payback). We analyzed 50 agencies in 2025. The ones using AI SDR systems book 34% more meetings with the same lead volume. Here's why. Most agencies think more meetings = more SDRs. The data shows something different. AI SDR systems deliver 34% more meetings—same lead volume, same team size. The difference isn't effort. It's execution. What AI does that manual SDRs can't: → Speed: Responds in under 2 minutes vs. 4-hour manual average → Personalization: Enriches lead data automatically before first contact → Persistence: Follows up 5-7 times without fatigue or forgetting Result: 18-23% higher lead-to-meeting conversion. One agency we worked with: → 40 meetings/month → 68 meetings/month → Same team → Zero additional hiring How they did it: → AI handles intake, enrichment, and qualification (saves 12-15 hours/week per SDR) → Multi-touch sequences run automatically (email → LinkedIn → voice) → Only high-intent leads reach human SDRs → Team focuses on meetings and closing The constraint wasn't people. It was process. If your SDR team is maxed out, ask this first: "Have we automated the 60% of repetitive work consuming our SDRs' time?" If no, automate before hiring. We deploy AI SDR systems for agencies serving US, Singapore, and EU clients. Implementation: 2-3 weeks. ROI: Month one. The agencies scaling fastest in 2025 aren't hiring more SDRs. They're building better systems.

The Marketing Compass: How to Build an Ecosystem-Led GTM Strategy That Actually Drives Revenue Most B2B companies are still running GTM like it's 2020. Direct outreach. Siloed sales teams. Linear funnels. Meanwhile, the data from 2026 is unambiguous: partner-involved deals are 53% more likely to close and generate 40% higher average order values. Top-quartile B2B companies now have 40%+ of their pipeline influenced by their ecosystem. This isn't a trend. It's a structural shift. And if your GTM motion doesn't account for it, you're competing with one hand tied behind your back. Here's how to navigate it. Step 1: Audit your current partner landscape Before you build, understand what you have. Map every technology integration, channel partner, and referral relationship. Most companies discover they already have an ecosystem — they just haven't activated it commercially. Ask: Which partners share our ICP? Which integrations reduce churn? Where does partner overlap exist in our pipeline? Step 2: Treat partner overlap data as intent signals This is the shift most teams miss. Partner overlap isn't just a co-selling opportunity — it's a buying signal. When a prospect already uses a complementary tool in your ecosystem, their likelihood to convert increases dramatically. Embed partner data directly into your CRM. Make it visible to reps at the account level, not buried in a separate portal. Step 3: Build co-selling motions, not just referral programs Referral programs are passive. Co-selling is active. Define joint account plans with your top three to five partners. Align on shared ICP criteria. Create co-branded assets that speak to the integrated value, not just individual product features. Step 4: Measure ecosystem impact separately Partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and integration-driven retention are distinct metrics. Track them separately. The 2026 State of B2B GTM Report found that 24% of GTM budgets go to initiatives without traceable outcomes. Ecosystem metrics fix that. Step 5: Align incentives across teams Your sales team needs to see partner-sourced deals as wins, not threats. Compensation structures, pipeline attribution, and recognition all need to reflect the ecosystem motion. Without this, even the best partner strategy stalls at the rep level. The companies that master ecosystem-led growth in 2026 will not just grow faster. They will build competitive moats that are genuinely difficult to replicate. Your ecosystem is already out there. The question is whether you're using it. Sources: https://lnkd.in/d67vGgBC | https://lnkd.in/eGFD7tuT

Your marketing team is maxed out and results aren't scaling with effort. You need specialized help, but most agencies promise results they can't deliver. The problem isn't finding agencies. It's finding ones that understand how SaaS companies actually grow. Before you start searching, get clear on three things: 🔸 Your growth stage and available resources. Early-stage startups need different support than established companies scaling to enterprise. 🔸 Your primary revenue-blocking challenges. High CAC? Poor conversion rates? Unclear attribution? Prioritize what's actually killing growth. 🔸 Measurable goals tied to business outcomes. "Increase demo bookings by 40%" beats "improve brand awareness" every time. Then match those goals to the right channels. If you need immediate pipeline, focus on paid acquisition and conversion optimization. Building sustainable inbound? SEO and content marketing become central. Most agencies will try to sell you everything. The right partner helps you select and sequence what fits your stage, budget, and targets. Ask them about specific SaaS metrics they've improved. If they can't speak fluently about reducing CAC or improving trial-to-paid conversion, keep looking. Quick fix for your leaking sales automation: Your follow-up sequences are dropping leads because they're too generic. Here's how to fix it in under 30 minutes: 1. Open your CRM 2. Find your highest-converting lead source 3. Create a separate follow-up sequence JUST for those leads Example: One agency client discovered their webinar leads needed 7 touchpoints (not the standard 5) and preferred case studies over testimonials. By segmenting just this one lead source, they improved conversion by 23% in two weeks. Don't try to fix everything at once. Start with your best lead source, then replicate your success.

AI SDR Agents and Top Tools for Sales Teams in 2026 ⠀ Sales development is one of the most time-consuming parts of the funnel. B2B deals have become even more complex, with buying groups becoming larger, budgets tighter, and expectations higher. At the same time, traditional SDR workflows are hardly efficient and don’t scale well - most SDR teams are still spending 60–70% of their time on researching accounts, writing cold emails, chasing follow-ups, and cleaning CRM data. ⠀ AI SDR agents step in to change that. These AI-powered tools help identify and enrich leads, qualify them against a defined ICP, generate highly personalized outreach at scale, automate follow-ups, and book meetings across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls. They relieve tedious, repetitive work from humans, so the latter can focus on building relationships and conducting negotiations. The most effective model is not removing humans but AI handling scale, humans handling nuance. ⠀ Here's our pick of the best AI SDR fully autonomous tools: • Ava by Artisan AI – Researches, prospects, and engages automatically with personalized messaging. • Jason AI by Reply.io – Automates outbound across multiple channels, manages responses, and schedules meetings. • 11x.ai (Alice & Julian) – Alice handles outbound autonomously; Julian maintains inbound engagement 24/7. • Persana AI (Nia agent) – Conducts multichannel outreach, identifies high-intent leads, and runs campaigns 24/7. ⠀ And here is our pick of the best AI SDR tools designed to augment existing SDR teams rather than fully replace them: • AiSDR – Automates campaigns and scoring, but is not fully autonomous. • Piper by Qualified – Works with website visitors; cannot fully run outbound campaigns or close deals on its own • Apollo.io – AI assists with outreach, scoring, and enrichment, but humans still manage many SDR actions. • Outreach – AI-assisted sequencing and personalization, not fully autonomous. ⠀ For detailed analysis of each tool with key features and pricing policy, check one of our blogs at: https://lnkd.in/dPGm6Bp3. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ #scrumlaunch #software #softwaredeveloper #softwarecompany #webdevelopment #mobiledevelopment #startupbusiness #startupsupport #ai

Scaling ABM is expensive, until you rethink the strategy. Plenty of teams jump straight to tooling. But ABM at scale is really a strategy + alignment problem first. We’ve generated $700K in pipeline in 2025 by keeping the playbook simple: clear ICP, shared definitions, and tight alignment between marketing and sales on prioritisation. The biggest unlock for us has been moving beyond “intent-only” targeting. We use signal stacking, combining account fit with trigger signals (like hiring, job changes, funding, technographics, intent), so we can focus effort on accounts that are actually ready to activate. Find out how we generated $700k in pipeline in 2025: https://lnkd.in/eGeJF8tc
